They were professional, prompt, courteous and accommodating. Price was not cheap but reasonable. Excellent service. Conner, the owner and Sebastian the technician knew their trade and could not have asked for better service. Despite the underground main water break and a lot of digging, they put things back to the point that you couldn't tell there was a repair done. I highly recommend them.

5 stars for Local Plumbing. They provided prompt and timely service. Communication was excellent. In particular, Phil McGoldrick did an excellent job and was right on time. He replaced the leaking PVC line from the meter to the house with a new copper line and new copper fittings. 5 star work.

My tenant was complaining that only hot water flowed from the hot and cold sides of her bathroom sink. Knowing I had a recirculator pump installed a few years back, I had a feeling the membrane was blown, and needed a new dongle.

What started as a simple fix turned complicated when I went to go check on the pump before doing the job myself.

What I found was a completely blown water heater leaking water all over the floor and wall... perfect.

The last plumber I used consistently called himself "your plumber for life" which was clear since he did shotty work and I had to call him all the time. That was not the experience I got from Local Plumbing.

Local Plumbing was fast, texted me with a photo of Andres (my service tech), and kept everything easy with email. They gave me a fair bid and offered a 12-year warrantee on the product. Andres did quality work and left me in a much better place then ever before.

I own 4 properties and will be using Local Plumbing at all of them.

We had a toilet that flushed slowly; never thought it was a big deal until we moved out and our tenant complained. Given that we're charging the guy $9000/mo for a 2000 sq ft house we thought we should at least investigate, and yup, it had become VERY slow.
The tech came out and deployed what looked like a large surgical implement and, Bob's your uncle, the thing flushed like we'd never seen.
I've hired a LOT of plumbers for many buildings and Local is one of the most honest out there.

Great experience start to finish. Called them and someone (Nicole?) picked up the phone on the first call and was able to schedule a plumber to come within 48 hours (would have been sooner but for my schedule). Andres came during the window I was told someone would come, clearly communicated what he could do and was able to solve my plumbing issue fairly easily with a snake. Clogged hair in our bathtub which prevented water from draining :-(. I didn't get any other quotes so can't speak to how their rates compared to others (they charged $375), but for me it was worth the cost for the hassle-free experience.

Many plumbers refuse to work on floating homes, mainly because they are stuck in the fifties, and don't know that excellent work is highly prized by floating homeowners. Local Plumbing knows that excellent work is hugely appreciated and sought diligently.

Conor understood our need for whole-house water filtration and he understood what we specifically wanted. He mapped out the job and communicated that very well and communicated it clearly to Andres, who executed the installation carefully and in a timely manner. Both of them are great people, friendly and efficient.
We now have a lifetime plumber! Highly recommended, on the water, and on land.

These guys are incredible. We had root infiltration blocking an old and very long clay lateral. We couldn't use toilets, dishwashers and anything going into the lateral. Local Plumbing came out the day we called and spent hours trying to clear the lateral by rotoring the roots and trying forced water pressure to no avail. Phil worked hard and was later joined by his boss, Connor. They decided the only solution was to locate and do spot repairs, removing the damaged, clogged sections of the lateral and replacing those pieces with cast iron. Phil came back after his shift ended to try to map out where the lateral ran (through someone else's property).

The next day, Phil and Andres returned at 7:30 and started digging where the root infiltration was. In the course of their work, they also located another section with severe root infiltration. They cut out huge roots, replaced the clay pipes with cast iron, installed a new clean out and left the site looking like no excavation had been done. It was a hard day's work performed with professionalism, humor and diligence.

I was so impressed by Local Plumbers. I will never go back to one of the large, big name plumbing firms that we've used here over the last 25 years.

I would highly recommend Local Plumbing. We had an emergency leak over the weekend and Conor came out that day to assess the problem.
His employees are very knowledgeable and friendly . We will definitely use Local Plumbing for all our plumbing needs!

Great professional staff and very efficient. So happy with our tankless water heater. I'm coming back for more business. They are friendly, kept us up to date, and didn't try to sell more than needed like the others did.

Highly recommend this company. They were prompt and took the necessary time to solve the sink drainage issue. Phil was professional, courteous and very nice to work with. His supervisor, Conor, was also a great help as well. They took the time to explain in layman's terms what the problem was and how they fixed it. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.
