Washing machine broke on Sunday. Called and left messages with a couple places and reached out to some more on yelp. Sergey was the soonest available (Monday) so I scheduled. Based on my description of the problem, he mentioned he thought it was the drain pump and let me know that he had a replacement with him. When he arrived, he was courteous and explained how a drain pump should work and what to look for when it's broken. Sure enough, that was the issue. I liked how he showed me the broken pump as compared to a functioning one. He promptly fixed it, ran the washer and was done. His quote was the same as a competitor's, but I mentioned that I had another quote from someone and he price matched! Overall, it was a quick and easy fix and I am very satisfied with Sergey's service. I highly recommend and will definitely call again if needed!

Sergey was amazing. He was very meticulous and systematic in diagnosing the problem. Initially we had another company come out and their quote was 6000 saying we had to replace 4 circuit boards and the compressor which makes no sense that 5 parts all failed in unison... Sergey replaced the main board cleaned the coils and found a malfunctioning second board.. all fixed for around 1k. I will definitely use magnet I. The future. Thank you so much

Very easy to work with this company. They are very transparent for what the quote covers and respond quickly to texts and messages. The technician, Sergey, had to deal with a few obstacles from some of the DIY kitchen projects from one of the previous owners. He came up with great workarounds to get the job done.

They asked a lot of questions and asked for pictures so that they be ready with the necessary parts to fix the fan at the back of our double oven.

They were the only ones that bothered to ask what they could to give a proper quote. Other companies wanted to come out first to provide a quote even for a common prob typical with the brand of oven we have. Obviously the quote could have changed if Sergey found a different issue after seeing the oven and diagnosing, but the fact that they wanted to be as efficient as possible ahead of the visit was puts them over the top.

My washer failed and I called several companies to schedule a repair. Sergey was extremely helpful: he diagnosed the potential problem over the phone, gave an estimate, and was ready to fix the problem the next day. The best from other servicemen was ready to come only in a week to take a visit charge $140 and then give a quote for the repair.

My 12 year old fridge was requiring defrost, thought I might have to buy a new fridge but asked for a repair quote online and Sergey text responded within an hour providing a quote for diagnostic service and a next day scheduled appointment. I gave some background on the problem and he provided me a quote fro repair. He arrived promptly next day at scheduled time and went to work! He was well-organized all tools laid out and and he quickly was able to access the condensers drain tube from inside the freezer and then remove debris from the tube at back of unit. He steamed the freezer to melt the ice and cleaned the condenser unit and drain area. He kept the area clean during the process and after job was done. Sergey is very pleasant & professional and the Fridge is now in great shape. A great value!!

My LG washer stopped draining over the weekend. I tried a few things and decided that I needed a professional.

Reading many horror stories about fixing appliances going wrong on yelp really gave me high stress level. But I found a pretty relevant review for Magnet Appliance Repair about fixing LG washer draining issue and I decided to give it a try.

Sergey responded to my inquiry real quick. He provided a quote and set me up for an appointment on the following Monday. I was sorta relieved.

Sergey called before arrival on Monday and it was on time for our schedule window. He was extremely curteous, friendly and patient. Taking apart my washer ended up being much more difficult than expected as the top cover was apparently stuck by something. Even I was almost stressed out watching after a good 20 mins and was seriously concerned that he might just give up and charge me a diagnosis fee... But Sergey showed great composure and kept attacking it with different ways and finally managed to remove it.

Sergey pretty much took apart the entire machine and showed me where things could go wrong. Since I mentioned the washer was leaking once in a while Sergey also did a thourough checkup to see if anything was malfunctioning. He explained things with great clarity and he really knew what he was doing. Great craftmanship and excellent professionalism.

And it ended up being a bad drain pump motor. Sergey replaced it, did a manual testing before assembling, put everything back together and ran another final testing cycle for me. He also again carefully double checked any potential issues that could have been causing leaks. Luckily there seemed none and I suspected the leaking had something to do with the bad motor.

I'm very satisfied with Sergey's service and he really deserves a 5 star!

I called Fuse Appliance Repair this morning about my freezer not working. I spoke to Sergey who gave me a quote to fix it and arranged to come over in the afternooon.

He was on time and within minutes had the freezer apart and determined the fans were frozen. He disassembled the fan areas and then used a steaming device to clear out the ice. He then reset the refrigerator and tested everything to make sure the unit was working.

Sergey even showed me how the fans were spinning now and how the air was moving through the refrigerator. He really knew his stuff when it came to LG Refrigerator Freezers.

Great service, reasonable price and a nice guy.
Will definitely be using him for any future issues.

FOLLOW UP DAY AFTER: Still not freezing. Sergey came back over and spent several hours doing all he could to find the problem but do to how the system was responding believed it was inside the sealed system. Since it was not fixed he returned my money to my surprise. Upon researching hiis findings I found out there was a class action law suit against LG in 2014 and another one that was just filed. LG is using a faulty compressor and replacing it with the same faulty compressor knowing it's issues.

I ended up going and buying a new refrigerator which is of course not an LG. After speaking to 3 repair folks and the sales person at the appliance store, every single one said they would never by an LG and I now learned the hard way why. They either never have a problem or once the problems start they never end.

Happy to know Sergey is probably the most honest repair person I have come across.

I called Sergey because I had problem with my washer not draining. At first, I called him to get a quote from him. Then I tried to fix it on my own. 3 weeks later passed by and i couldn't fix it. I called him back and he still remembered me and remembered my issue as if we just spoke yesterday. I went with him because he is genuine and honest.
