Majestic Limo

Excellent experience from start to finish of my trip. Ben at Majestic Limo was my contact after I had email conversations before my trip to San Francisco. The SUV picked me up at the airport on arrival and was there to meet me after my cruise and return me to the airport. This is the car service you need to book hands down. Thank you to Ali and Ken my 2 drivers.

Ben was extremely responsive right from my first inquiry. He patiently answered my questions and the quote was very clear and straightforward-no pricing surprises. His booking link was also very easy to use.

He showed up early. The car was in perfect condition and he is a very safe driver. I look forward to giving him my business in the future.

Hands down the best car service experience I've had to date. Ben is incredibly hospitable. The car was immaculate. He offered bottled waters or sparkling water, gum, mints, etc. This was all great but what made it the best experience was Ben himself.

I had more than an hour drive south of San Francisco to my destination and we talked the entire time. His story is AMAZING. You want to talk about someone that has had it rough throughout his life, this is your guy. But, his story of resilience, hard work and good ethics truly is inspiring. He embodies the true spirit of what it means to be an American. He works hard, loves his family fiercely and is genuinely a fantastic person. He was an absolute pleasure to be with and I highly recommend him. I originally scheduled him through Uber but when he dropped me off, I asked for his card. He picked me up the next morning and drove me back to the airport.

What started out as a stranger driving me to my destination ended with me receiving a new friend the next day where we exchanged hugs and him wishing me success and safe travels back home. Kind of strange, but the guy almost feels like family now.

We needed a driver with a larger vehicle to drive our family of five around the Bay Area.

With the help of Yelp, our family was fortunate to find Ben with Majestic Limo.

Of Majestic's fleet of seven vehicles, I narrowed down my selection between the Escalade and a Lincoln Navigator. I'm so glad we chose the Navigator. Not only was the car luxurious, I loved the step that would come down to make it easier for my mom to step into the car.

Ben's shared amenities in his car like Fiji bottled water, Pellegrino bottles water, packs of gum, small packs of tissues, hand sanitizer, phone charging cables and headphones to use the large tablets on the back of the headrests.

We really appreciated how courteous and professional Ben is.

If you ever need a driver we would definitely recommend Majestic Limo. We know we will call Ben again when the event arises :)

I was worried only 13 reviews and asked for pics of his cars and stuff...

Ben is freaking awesome!!

Trip was perfect.

Car was immaculate. Looked and smelled new. Waters and mints and gum. First freaking class.

Took us to a gas station out of his way.

The other couple in our group's flight got delayed several hours and he was able to get them a ride last minute.

I don't have enough words to express how pleased I am with the services provided by Majestic Limo. Ben was wonderful and stayed in contact with me, no matter the time. Our flights from LAX experienced delays and cancellations, and Ben constantly stayed in contact and assured me that we would have a vehicle when we arrived. My Executive VP needed an urgent, last minute (less than 2 hours) Car service from SFO to Fremont.
I called, frantically explaining the situation but Ben answered, accommodated and professionally responded to my request. He text me a link immediately and got the logistics ironed out within minutes.

The price was exceptional, considering SFO, traffic and toll.

My Exec not only gave his driver full stars, he was grateful for the immaculate and comfortable ride. He wants to continue using Majestic Limo going forward.
