Premier Jazzman Limo

We have been relying on Premier for many years to get me back dnd forth to all of the Bay Area airports. Scheduling is really easy. Every driver we've met (and we see many of the drivers repeatedly) arrives early, waits patiently and jumps out of the car to help us with our bags. The cars are always very clean, everything is always very professional.

We always receive reminder emails and a photo and name of our driver which is especially helpful at the airport. They always find us quickly (I don't think they have our photo!) and get us home safely. I've recommended Premier to friends and they are now loyal customers. Would give more stars if I could!

Best Limo Bus ride ever ! Not only was the limo bus beautiful, clean and new but out driver was amazing! We had a blast driving up to Napa on 4/20. Our entire group had an awesome time!

Used these guys yesterday for our corporate day trip! We had C Level clients with us so our two requests were professionalism and clean/sleek cars. They delivered on both!! Eric was our driver and he went above and beyond for us, made sure we knew where to meet him when exiting the airport, and was back within 60 seconds of texting him that we were ready to be picked up. Everyone was very pleased, we will definitely book again next time we are in town!

I usually don't write reviews, even when I do visit a place; however, I felt compelled to today. Today, I was expected to fly into SFO late at night. Unfortunately, my flight was completely cancelled due to weather and I will not be able to go on my trip. I had made a reservation through Jazzman Limo's online platform and had recently received my driver's photo and telephone number.

Of course, having to cancel an entire trip is difficult and stressful, and I was concerned I would be charged an arm and a leg for having to cancel the Jazzman Limo on such a short notice. However, I sheepishly texted my driver and told him I would not be able to go on my trip, and minutes later, I received an email from someone in the Jazzman Limo company apologizing for my cancelled trip and offering a full refund (very uncommon these days). Rather than receiving an automated cancellation message or a huge bill, I received an email of compassion. When traveling, obstacles are inevitable. But when someone working in the travel business goes out of their way to send a nice note and welcome you to book with them again, it goes a long way. (And YES! I will definitely book again!)

While I did not actually get to take a trip with this company, their customer service, even from 2,000+ miles away, over 3 hours of time zone change, was second-to-none! Highly recommend!

Amazing company. I used them fir my Public Health trip to UC Santa Cruz. I was consulting for my company 1Nine80 and recording COVID-19 compliance in the San Francisco, Santa Cruz and Los Angeles area.

I will definitely use them in the future. There drivers, especially the guy from the Islands... I can't remember his name is amazing. The owner is super friendly and their staff is the best!!

I booked the Premier Jazzman Limo Service when I was in the airplane flying to San Francisco and they arranged the Cadillac Escaled SUV withen one hour, the drive was in the gate waiting for me then he took me with my friend to the bag climbing area directly to the car.
He used the short cut way to the hotel, he dropped my friend to his hotel then me to my hotel.
He was too respectful and professional.
Thank you Jazzman team for the great service and I'll never use another service accepted yours.

We booked their sprinter for a trip to Napa with 9 friends. We called couple places and this place had the best price. The owner was very friendly and helpful with the planning. We had wineries that we want to visit and he also gave us some great suggestion. The sprinter was really nice. They changed the seats to more comfortable ones, it also had LED lights, sound systems and TV! We were glad that we went with them so everybody could be tasting and had a great time. Forgot to mention, they were also dog friendly:) we will definitely go back with them for our next wine tasting trip.

We loved Marco for our Napa county wine tour!!! He was wonderful!! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed!

I used this service back in October after coming back from an NY trip to SFO. I had called a day before to setup and confirm.

I got a voicemail as landed requested to call or text once I get my bags or on way down if not checked as driver was ready for terminal Pickup. I made s text and got a quickly reply he was on way.

Drives pulled up, got my bags and on way. I asked how he knew that was me (others at door pick) and he googled my name and saw some pics from
Social media (LinkedIn). I thought they was a step up as no sign, extra call, etc).

The car was in excellent condition, we chatted 50% of the drive as I caught up on business. Driver was professional, water inside car and music was asked on my presence. He gave eta updates 2x I'm time to home/door. Removed my bags and since pre-paid just slipped him a tip and off we went.

Used these guys a bunch now. They're fantastic. ALWAYS on time. Prices is right. Great drivers. I've used them from SFO to St. Helena and it's always been a great trip. The cars are very clean. Drivers are very professional.

I will continue to use them.
