To find it, you go down the small one lane street on the left side
Parked here for the Bridgerton event. $2 an hour parking so $6 total. A couple of blocks away and we didn't have to walk past any homeless people.
You pick up a printed ticket when you go in, and take the elevator to leave. On your way back to the car, near the elevators you scan the barcode on the ticket to pay before you exit
We came an hour early because we thought it would be hard to find parking but even after the event the parking garage still had plenty of parking spaces left! Friends who came 15 mins before the event still had plenty of parking choices.
Parking spots are normal size not too narrow. Parking garage pretty empty and no problems getting out. Definitely a good choice for parking!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Oct 30, 2020
Where can you find a parking garage in The City for less than $6 every 20 minutes? Right here. It's $6 per hour!
Down under Market Square is a self-parking lot. Keep your ticket so you can pay at a kiosk when you exit. CC only. No cash and there's no attendant.
2.5 hours cost me $15. Most other lots would have charged $40. Lost a star, because there are no clear signage to exit. Confusing.Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - Marcus O.Boston, MA031Jul 2, 2018
DO NOT PARK HERE if you care about your car. They use a valet system and before parking your car, the attendant does a walk around and hands you a ticket with/if damages already on your car.
In my case, when I returned and they brought my car around there was fresh white paint on my black bumper. The walls in the garage are white as are the many concrete pillars inside the entire garage. I pointed out the damage and showed them my ticket. All the attends admitted that my ticket had no markings outlying prior damage. One attended said it wasn't a big deal and started rubbing the bumper with his hands then shirt. There was white paint dust where the car had been damaged.
The attended who parked my car, Raul, finally came around and said he parked my car. Raul said he remembered my car and confirmed he walked around my car. He said he didn't know what happened anwould have marked the ticket if there was damage. I showed him the ticket and he said "oh I must have missed that".
After asking several times to several different attendants to speak to the manager, they said the manager wasn't available and to call the site Manager. I called "Nour" and she asked me to fill a report. After doing so and a few follow up calls no response.
Needless to say, I won't return and will be going out of my way to warn people not to park their car at this shady garage.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sara J.San Francisco, CA0514Aug 13, 2014First to Review
If you like your mornings with a side of screaming and rudeness, and your evenings with a wrecked car with $14K worth of damage, this is the place for you! However, if you want to have a good day without someone getting in your face and leave for home without calling around for estimates for your car door, I'd suggest Fox Square Plaza for parking peace.
Many of us who work in this building park here for convenience, but my boss' car and my car have taken some major hits. I had a friend whose car was completely scratched by them and she had to fight them to prove they did it.
AVOID.Helpful 9Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Fern P.San Francisco, CA2904Feb 8, 2017
If I could give this a negative rating, I would. I parked my new car here today and it was returned with multiple marks, and chips on the bumpers. I am furious that I didn't check or take pictures beforehand. I will never park here again, and I hope you don't either.

Closes at 9pm on Friday and Saturday. Closed Sunday. It's in the theater district and is self park. Why? It makes no sense.

If you want to start ur day with a smile from ear to ear, park here! Great staff and roomy parking spots. Ownership seems cheap and cranky tho.

Don't park there. Especially if you have a scooter/motorcycle: it's crazy expensive and so hard to get out. I paid $12 for an hour and a half (between 4:50pm and 6:15pm): they have no special rate for motorcycles and if you park at x:59, you'll pay an hour for just one minute. Just park outside on the streets: there is ton of spots for motorcycles.

i have parked my truck here many times and have had no complaint. the other day washed my truck nothing wrong not a new scratch. I left the garage and went home parked my car in my drive way. Went to grocery store and come back to notice my bumper has a dent in it with black paint all over it and blue paint in it.. confront manager and he says they didn't do it . he says if they did it the whole bumper would have it. i will never park my truck here again and will tell all my coworkers to not park the vehicle here. worst garage in city will never park in garage with vallet..
