I have used this shop twice in the past for three different appliances and both times were great. On time, professional attitude and service and good prices. I would and have recommend their services to others.

We called this company twice already to fix our washer and dryer. We will definitely call for anything and everything that breaks down! He came over quickly, gave the quote (very fair and affordable prices), ordered parts, and fixed our broken appliances right away. This is the type of work and fast response we appreciate!

Our Viking oven had an igniter not working properly. I had PGE come to check out the gas smell. He was able to diagnose properly the problem. I called Master Appliance Repair right before closing and he answered! I was so happy to speak to a person who is knowledgeable of the situation. He gave me an approximate cost of repair (a range) and was able to come to San Francisco a couple of days later. This was fantastic because I now have a ballpark idea of how much the repair will cost. The appointment time worked perfectly for me as well. He called to tell me he was on his way. He arrived within the window of our appointment. This is great service. He recommended to replace both igniters and that was what I did. Now my oven works. I really appreciate his expertise and honesty. The Yelp reviews that I read were spot on. It's what made me give him a call in the first place. I will call him again for other appliance repairs. Unfortunately, I was not here when their technician arrived to repair our Kenmore dryer. But the family stated they were very efficient and the repair cost was very reasonable.

My LG refrigerator needed repairs. I was able to get an appointment with Faig within the next 48 hours. He showed up on time and provided me with a quote for repairs, which I found to be fair. He got to work and was graceful to work around my kitchen's many obstacles and even took it upon himself to clean up the mess accumulated under the fridge. That was unexpected and appreciated. I now have his card and will contact him again for future appliance repairs.

Today, I called Master Appliance Repair and asked for availability to check our LG Washer. Faig, the owner and technician said between 1pm -3pm, he will be at home. At 2PM, he arrived and did diagnostic test. It is a pump that needs to replace. Before 3pm, the pump was replaced since he has LG brand new pump in his car. I should say Faig knows his area and an expert of what he is doing. He is friendly, and nice to talk to. He diagnosed the issue right away. I would like to recommend him to other people looking for a trusted service technician. Thank you Faig.
