Mendoza's Landscaping Services

After deciding to landscape our backyard and clean up the front, we chose to work with Romualdo. The quote was reasonable and he helped bring samples and was in close communication with us during the planning stage.
We replaced ugly, dirty concrete with some pavers and added extra space for trees. Romualdo and his team (Carlos) did a really wonderful job. We spend a lot more time on the backyard these days and we absolutely love the workmanship.
Romualdo and team also helped set up a raised garden bed in the entryway and cleaned up the weeds and the dirt.

I would highly recommend Romualdo.

My backyard was a mess after all of the heavy rains this year (see photos). I reached out to several gardeners, and Romualdo responded very quickly and came over the same day to assess the job. He gave a very reasonable quote, and he was able to start within a few days. He did a fantastic job cleaning up the backyard (see the "after" photo), and he also cleaned up and hauled away all the debris, which left things very tidy. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again!

This is the second time I hires Romualdo Mendoza and I can't be happier. Outstanding work for a great price. He has my highest recommendation. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Fantastic service. He came out within 24hrs to provide a quote, while other companies provided quotes from photos I included on the project. He came with a couple guys the day of the project on time and worked hard to complete the job within the allotted time and budget. I will call on him again. His crew did shrub and tree removal including stumps/roots and hauled off the debris pile at the end of the day. Cleaned up the area and the path from the backyard to the street.

Romualdo and David came out within an hour of my Yelp quote request on a Friday, gave me a very fair and very good price, set the work for Sunday at 10. They came at 10 and did an amazing job! Top notch. So great. Excellent experience. WILL hire again!

I met with Romualdo and Roxana of Mendoza's Landscaping on a Saturday morning in my front yard and went over the project details. Since Spanish is their 1st language and English is my ONLY one, they provided a translator who is fluent in both, Roxana's daughter Laura, to ensure we were all on the same page.

I communicated with Laura after our meeting via text to give her the information regarding the specific materials we wanted used, got their bid later that same evening, and agreed that the job would be done on the following Saturday. I felt their bid was very reasonable, and it turned out it was EXTREMELY reasonable -- 2 other bids I received later from landscapers I had met with prior to my meeting with Mendoza's Landscaping were both more than TWICE as much as Romualdo's!

I really enjoyed working with the people at Mendoza's. They went out of their way to make sure our initial meeting went smoothly, and they did a great job for us: our front yard looks exactly as we had envisioned it!! Romualdo and Roxana worked quickly and efficiently together and got the job done in a remarkably short time. And they made sure that our front yard, driveway, and the sidewalk were all spotless before they left.

I will definitely be back in touch with them in the spring when we will be ready to plant succulents in our front yard. I am looking forward to having a real garden again, and in the interim our front yard looks neat and tidy and is no longer an eye-sore!!

Romualdo and David, came and gave me an estimate. They explained all the details of the work that they would do. Several days later I left both a text and phone message indicating that I was interested in scheduling a date for the work to be done. I have not received a response so I assumed that they were no longer interested in the job.
