      parked there twice. first time I parked the car. the second time, they took the keys.
      the shuttle took a long time from the airport w number one but the car was fine. The second time the shuttle was on time but I had a decent ding in the fender. nothing really we can do, but I recommend taking a few pics of your car condition when you park if you ever want to contest the body damage. it could happen anywhere but based on reviews it sounds like this is common.

      ANTS! ANTS! ANTS! Every single time that I leave my car at this lot, I come back to finding tons of ants in my car. There is never any food of any kind left in my car. It never fails, ants!! After months of not using this lot, I opted to finally use them again and to no surprise, I came back to my car this morning and...ANTS!! Spend the extra cash and park at another lot to prevent this issue. It is gross and annoying.

      If you park there your car will be filled with ants! It is not a gated parking facility.

      BEWARE!!! I did not request a valet but they kept my key to park the car. The entrance to parking lot looked nothing like the online picture with the big outdoor field with no overhanging trees. That did ring some bells but I foolishly left to meet my flight thinking they must parking it there. When I returned my car hood was covered with bird poop and tree droppings and some of the same on the roof and windshield. After cleaning the poop there were also 3 dents. One on the hood and 2 on the roof just above the windshield. The weather radio that I kept in my trunk was missing. There were broken crackers on the back passenger floor which was cleaned a few days prior.
      The company so far has done nothing to help.

      When we arrived to park our car (we'd had the reservation for months) the person at the lot told us they didnt have a parking spot available for someone leaving their car through Thursday (this was a Tuesday when we dropped it off). We saw open spots but the guy refused and finally made us squeeze into a parking spot that wasn't even supposed to be a parking spot. This was only after he called his manager and we called Way (which we'd used to book the reservation) to get help. He first tried telling us that they don't take advance reservations. Clearly they do since we were able to make one, and other people parking at the same time as us said they'd made advance reservations online via third party apps and they hadn't been given any problem when they arrived.

      We called at 5:45pm on Thursday to be picked up from the airport and brought to our car. We called upwards of 8 times and we kept being told that somebody was on the way. We were then finally told that we were talking to dispatch as opposed to the parking lot and they couldn't get a hold of the parking lot.

      When we got a ride from someone else (that we had to pay) and arrived at the parking lot 2 hours later, there were multiple employees standing around and nobody apologized or did anything about what had happened. They claimed they were busy, that they had changed their name, that we had spoken with someone else, etc. They had all the excuses in the book and actually yelled at us as if we were at fault.

      We have previously parked at this location and used the Way app to book it and had no problems, but after this experience it's clear that Way should remove them as someone they represent and we won't be using this parking lot or Way again. Would give 0 stars if we could.

      Absolutely horrible service. This is the second time we've basically had the same experience, however this time was worse. Called for pick up at 1109pm, shuttle didn't arrive until 11:40. Noticed this vehicle with "Metro" on the side and asked the driver is this your company, showing him the ticket, which states "Flight Airport Parking". He states that's our old company name. So the first time we saw this guy and he knew he was supposed to be picking up someone, why the F wouldn't you ask the people standing out in the cold who they're waiting on or state the companies current and old names???? You've lost our business for life.

      So disgusted when I receive my car with a lot of scratches on both sides . It took them 30 minutes to give back my car. It's really disgusting.and I don't know where to file a complain about my damaged car. There's no reviews that I can write about for my complaints.
