I called Mr. Rooter and in an hour a representative showed up. That's fast! I was expecting a couple days. Justin showed up at my door and was very professional. We went and looked at my cleanout which I had attempted to do myself, but it was beyond me and I knew that I needed to call in the professionals. Justin was very upfront with the cost and guaranteed that they would get the drain unclogged. Everything was upfront and no hidden costs. Two hours later Justin was able to unclog my drain and we found the culprit... A wadded up T-shirt. Don't ask. We had only own the house for two weeks and were very concerned and these guys solved all of our problems. In the end they also scoped our drain to make sure that it was clear all the way to the street. Excellent service!

Unreasonably expensive. Estimate for replasement of water heater is $3400.

I called Mr. Rooter soon after receiving a backflow device replacement notice from the city which I learned is required every 5 years. Aji came out the same day to look at our existing device and give me a free estimate. We agreed for him to do the work and were scheduled for the following day which was great. Aji replaced the valve but also set us up for better access to replace the valve ourselves next time. Aji was professional, reliable, and responsive. Now all we need is for the city to inspect and sign off on his work and we will be good to go for another 5 years!

We had a drain and vent for our washing machine that was outside our house that had deteriorated badly over fifty years. I called Mr. Rooter on Sunday. Adam arrived at 9:00 AM on Monday. He was knowledgeable and quite skilled (more than 20 years of experience). Within 2 hours he had installed everything and tested all of the components to ensure that everything worked properly! All of the reviews are excellent, and they demonstrated once again why they deserve 5s!

Our aging kitchen faucet developed a serious drip. Alex arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Our drips are not only gone but the faucet operates smooth as silk. Thanks, Alex.

We called Mr. Rooter to help diagnose a NG gas fire pit that was not running right. The office sent David, who showed up early, was patient and calm, and figured out the problem rather quickly.

It's a little spendy. However sometimes paying a little more to get same day service is worth it. Especially when potentially explosive natural gas is part of the equation.

I was very pleased with the prompt, efficient service they provided. They also were very good about communicating what was going on and followed up with an email with pictures and videos. I would absolutely use them again!

David Magnuson was assigned to our job David was on time, polite and knew what he was doing. David explained what the problem was and the cost to fix it. Once approved David went right to work. I was shown pictures of the problem and given recommendations on what not to do in the future. I will continue to use and recommend Mr Rooter. Thank you David

I purchased 2 new faucets that I wanted replaced in the kitchen and mud room as well as move the current one from the kitchen to the granny unit. I called Mr.Rooter to get the job done hoping for a decent pricing but boy was I wrong! I like the fact that they came out quick and fast and they didn't charge me for a travel fee. When they came out, they told me that it would cost $400 to change EACH FAUCET totaling to $1200!!!!!! I told him NO WAY am I paying that when I purchased the faucet for $400 each at Home Depot. Price gouge and rip off! A fair and decent price would have probably been around $150 each and I was willing to pay that.

After he left, my hubby got youtubing and looking up videos online. He ended up changing the faucets himself and learned something new in the process. If you don't mind being on your back for a bit with your arms raised and doing a bit of research on your own, try to DO IT YOURSELF. We are in inflation here people so any way to save money. We saved $1200 just by doing it ourselves. I do not recommend Mr.Rooter. Way too expensive for the ordinary family in Sonoma County.
