Mr. Sushi Main Street

A new sushi spot in OV and fresh great servings. The owner or maybe manager is super nice as well!
Been back a few times and love the chirashi wish they had roes added to it though. Will be regular spot!

Went there for lunch recently. I'm impressed with the food and service.  I'm a picky eater and I like good service. So, if I approve, that's pretty good!

4 adults, we ordered :

Chirashi Don $24.50

2 Sushi Sashimi Box $24 each

1 Teriyaki Box $18.50


I ordered the Teriyaki Box because I still feel uneasy eating raw fish.  I watched too many Youtube  videos about worms in raw fish. My logic is  there must be some parasites living in the fish. How can you guarantee all parasites are dead?  If only one worm survived, it would thrive in my intestine!


So I can only comment on what I ate.  However, my family members thoroughly enjoyed what they ordered!


The complimentary Miso soup was hot and tasty.  Temperature of the soup is very important to me.  I don't like lukewarm soup. If the soup is served lukewarm, it will be cold before I finish drinking it.  I could drink 2 bowls, but I did not ask for a refill.  If I was there by myself, I would surely get an extra bowl, even if I have to pay extra.

the Teriyaki Chicken was cooked perfectly, in my opinion. Very tender and tasty, just the way I like it.. 

The Tempura shrimp was very good also. Not too greasy.  California rolls are also pretty good.


The restaurant is spacious and very clean. Service was friendly and fast.  

I definitely recommend it and would go back again.

Excellent, very good sushi and atmosphere. Service is friendly and quick. Reasonable priced lunch.

Good quality and value ratio. Service was fantastic. I love their rolls and nigiris. They also sell premade to-go offerings.

Sushi was pre-made like you get in the grocery store and for anyone wanting some really good sushi then save yourself by going up the street to Himme Sushi. Plus, they only give you 1 soy pack per order of sushi. Why are sushi places so cheap with the soy sauce? So I guess I'm still waiting for a good sushi place to open up near my work, since I caught the other sushi place re-using and washing their chopsticks (Manna sushi).
