We have used different companies for professional services in the last 7 years. Natomas Appliance repair is the best experience we've had. Friendly, competent and get things done - and Dan explains what he is doing and gives options and suggestions. We will use Dan on anything appliance-related going forward.

Daniel responded quick. Came within 30 minutes and diagnosed my issue within minutes. Knowledgeable and informative. I'd recommend this business to anyone looking for appliance repair.

There's always a reason why a business is 5 star... I'm sometimes skeptical whether it's real. Daniel is legit... I left a few messages for other appliance repair businesses but didn't hear back.... He was prompt and communication was superb. He does require an upfront payment for service/estimate of $70 if you won't be there in person eg. if you have a tenant. However, thats extremely fair as other businesses start at around $90.

I just love a technician who knows his stuff and is honest. He texted photos of the part needed. Crazy meticulous. I'm looking for the automotive equivalent of Daniel... or maybe I'll just ask him if he fixes cars.

Daniel is THE standard other businesses should strive for. Would highly recommended to anyone I care about.

I had a buzzing noise coming from my oven. I reached out to Natomas Appliances based on previous Yelp reviews. Daniel called me and an appointment was made for the next day. Daniel was able to determine the issue and a new part was ordered. A couple days later the part came in and Daniel replaced it. It's been several weeks and several uses of the oven, the buzzing noise is gone. Oven fixed! The price for the part and consultation seemed to be on par with other companies that I had researched. I did like Daniel's promptness, cleanliness when replacing the part, and overall knowledge of the oven. Great job!

We needed our microwave fixed. Daniel was very reasonable, reliable, and professional. Definitely recommend!

I requested a quote and got an immediate response and questions answered. I made an appointment straight away and Daniel showed up right on time and went straight to work to see what was going on with my noisy dryer. He made it sound like new and the service was quick! He recommended I get a new dryer vent installed and I'm very grateful for that. The advice is invaluable and service well worth it. Really wonderful company, Daniel is very kind and prompt with calling back and setting my appointment. I had an issue with my dishwasher and Daniel was there the next day to repair it. I had a good experience with Natomas Appliance Repair. My LG washing machine stopped working on a Sunday. They, as well as all of the highly rated repairs shops I found on Yelp, were also closed on Sunday. However, they and a few other repair shops did reach out to me Sunday afternoon with Monday appointment times. Natomas Appliance Repair arrived right on time Monday morning. It turned out that the water wasn't draining during the rinse cycle and a new water pump was needed. The repair person was at the house for less than an hour. I felt the cost of the repair was reasonable. The next time my washer breaks down, I will be contacting Natomas Appliance Repair again.

My washer started making this loud noise so I called Natomas Appliance and they were able to get someone out the next morning! The tech had the issue identified within 5minutes and showed me the mechanics of it and could get the part and be right back within 20 minutes! He did and my washer was back up working again. Cost is very reasonable and service is great in the office and from the tech. I highly recommend them for your appliance repairs!
