I requested a quote and got an immediate response and questions answered. I made an appointment straight away and Daniel showed up right on time and went straight to work to see what was going on with my noisy dryer. He made it sound like new and the service was quick! He recommended I get a new dryer vent installed and I'm very grateful for that. The advice is invaluable and service well worth it. I'm so happy with the service and will contact Daniel again, shall I need anything repaired. Great price and peace of mind is invaluable. Couldn't recommend enough!

I had an exceptional experience with Natomas Appliance! They efficiently diagnosed and repaired our dishwasher with a burnt-out motorhead and a refrigerator that was leaking. They managed to troubleshoot both issues in one day, quickly sourced the necessary parts, and completed the repairs shortly after. When an object fell off in the freezer later on, they ordered a replacement part and installed it at no extra cost. Their craftsmanship is superb, and their commitment to customer service is outstanding. They really know what they're doing, and I highly recommend them for service and value.

There's always a reason why a business is 5 star... I'm sometimes skeptical whether it's real. Daniel is legit... I left a few messages for other appliance repair businesses but didn't hear back.... He was prompt and communication was superb. He does require an upfront payment for service/estimate of $70 if you won't be there in person eg. if you have a tenant. However, thats extremely fair as other businesses start at around $90.

I just love a technician who knows his stuff and is honest. He texted photos of the part needed. Crazy meticulous. I'm looking for the automotive equivalent of Daniel... or maybe I'll just ask him if he fixes cars.

Daniel is very responsive and knowledgable. I initially had a leaking water dispenser issue. I had done my own research and figured that replacing the water inlet valve was sufficient. I wanted to do it on my own, but realized that I had to let a professional do it given that I had the wrong part and ice assembly decided to also stop making ice during triple digit weather. Daniel was able to come by and diagnose my ice maker issue and quickly repaired that. He said that with the water dispenser issue he had checked the water inlet valve and it looked good, but after he left the water continued to drip. I asked if he could come by and check it out. After discussing with him that this water dripping is serious where water would overflow to the floor, he was able to replace the water inlet valve too. This was at no extra charge. It shows how he prioritizes the customer and he wants to make sure he performs quality work. The 4/5 stars was because of the miscommunication with the water dripping, but other than that his service was wonderful. He works efficiently and uses original Manufacturer's parts. And they were in stock. I would call him back if I had another appliance issue in the future. Thanks, Daniel! Keep up the good work!!

I had a buzzing noise coming from my oven. I reached out to Natomas Appliances based on previous Yelp reviews. Daniel called me and an appointment was made for the next day. Daniel was able to determine the issue and a new part was ordered. A couple days later the part came in and Daniel replaced it. It's been several weeks and several uses of the oven, the buzzing noise is gone. Oven fixed! The price for the part and consultation seemed to be on par with other companies that I had researched. I did like Daniel's promptness, cleanliness when replacing the part, and overall knowledge of the oven. Great job!

Really wonderful company, Daniel is very kind and prompt with calling back and setting my appointment. I had an issue with my dishwasher and Daniel was there the next day to repair it.
