They had everything I needed and more. Wanted to shoutout Zachary, he did a great job helping me to change my car battery since it died out on me earlier last week and get it replaced asap. He gave me different options for jumper cables as well. If you're looking for advice or suggestions and don't know a lot about cars, he's the guy to go to

I visit the location on Geary street in San Francisco. It's a small store. But they pack so much into it. I always find what I need and the service is very helpful! From a small replacement part to how to fix body damage to much more specialized items, they are always knowledgeable and insightful. Highly recommend them for your auto part needs. I find shopping here when needed greatly reduces my angst when dealing with my Automobile needs. It's well stocked, the staff is both helpful and educated. Plus the pricing has seemed fair.

I went to get my wipers change, because once they told me that they install them there, but they don't install them there. So I had to go to the mission to buy and install them, but it would be good if you do. Since I only live 4 blocks away from you.

I usually wouldn't write a review about an Auto Store but the guys in there were so nice and helpful with my super simple task of changing my windshield wiper blades lol. One of the guys, Keo, was incredibly kind, helped me change my blades out AND cleaned my dirty windows as an added favor. Great customer service even though the blades were a little expensive.

I happened to be in town visiting my parents when they got into an accident and had their tire become flattened in the process. We put a spare on but it had to be replaced with a standard tire as soon as possible, We called around close to their place and it didn't look like we would get it in time for us to help them out with getting it done since we were only there for a handful of days. Thankfully, we checked with this place that's a little farther out than my parents' neighborhood and they were able to get the exact tire delivered in from another location within a few hours. Once we took the car in, it only took an hour of waiting before we were given back their car with a brand new tire. They even helped pull out a part of the car by the tire that got a bit crushed in the accident. They were so kind and helpful. Also, their price was reasonable. Their ability to quickly pencil us in, get the tire, and install it was far from a miracle. We definitely will be coming back to them for any tire needs my parents will have in the future. I'm so thankful for how huge of a blessing they were to me and my parents.

Whenever I go in, the guys are all so helpful.

Today, Zachary went beyond regular customer service. He helped me out with an issue on my car and fixed the problem. It wasn't huge, but it was huge to me . Thanks so much, Zach, for your excellent customer service.

What a great store and what great people!

Went there today because I had a vague engine warning about my brake fluid. So bought some fluid thinking that it just needed to be topped off.

Far from the truth as one of O'Reilly's people went with me to my car and discovered that the car simply needed to do a brake fluid change. Had zero idea but it was impressive that he took the time and patience to help me figure it out. In addition, another great fellow helped me find a part that fell down into a cranny in my engine.

Can't say enough good things about these great people!
