OnTime Transportation/Walnut Creek Airport Shuttles

I found this company from one of my friend. She had a wonderful wine tour with roger last year! So when my family came to visit me last month I gave it a try! Me and my family had amazing day with our driver Alex! I wish I can rate 10 stars! We went with a Cadillac escalade limo, and the car is super clean and luxury! When I told roger on the phone that I was referred by my friend Emily, he gave me the best rate and a bottle of champagne in the car! We will definitely use them on our airport rides next time too! Highly recommended!

I honestly thought I'd already rated this company. We have used OnTime Transportation many time for rides to and from SFO and OAK. Our experiences have all been great and with no issues. One time, after making my online reservation, they called to confirm if I might want to leave a bit earlier, in case if traffic issues. We did and there was an accident and traffic on our route. Anytime I need to book a ride, this is our go to company. Thanks!!

Our shuttle service to SFO from Oakland was ultra nice! We had a family group with four adults, two small children, and luggage and backpacks. We had plenty of room, a fantastic final view of the bay, and interesting conversation with Roger. Thank you for such a lovely ride and for being so dependable!

When I have used OnTime Transportation for trips to SFO, they have lived up to their name. The drivers were punctual and courteous and the cars were comfortable.

Their vehicles are not only top notch and well maintained, but the drivers will make you feel safer throughout your journey. Why bother with cumbersome Ubers when you can upgrade to a private limo-like service offering a first class experience by OnTime? I highly recommend them if you are visiting the Bay Area!

My plane was delayed quite a bit, then passport control was slow, but as soon as I landed there was a message from the driver and he was right there to pick me up at the Limo area.

The car was VERY clean, and comfortable. With the cool weather when arrived from Dubai I truly appreciated that there were seat warmers in the backseat and that I could adjust my own temperature.

The driver's style of driving was smooth and I was exhausted and fell asleep. Before I did, we talked a bit at my prompting: nice, polite fellow. Alas it's been a week now & I forget his name.

I had recommended them to a friend who also used them, and she also was pleased and plans to use them again. Sometimes you don't have a ride or don't want to inconvenience anyone. Personally and my friend is the same and we don't trust Uber and sometimes cabs get the job done but they're not clean or worse they smell of cigarettes.

Recommend for reliability, condition of vehicle and driver conduct.
