Vet the drivers. Ours didn't do his homework on the route - where to drop us off, where to pick us up. He also didn't anticipate detours and didn't appear to know where he was going. He was using his phone in his lap and appeared to be drowsy. He missed our exit and we had to direct him in.

Oriente Lux Limo once again provided their prompt, professional and polite service during this Holiday Season with spotless vehicles. It is money well-spent and it provides an excellent start and end to an otherwise teeth gritting, frustrating trip to and from the airport. Thanks Tog!!

I have used them four times over the past two years and I highly recommend them. Do yourself a favor: Call Tog and avoid the stress, hassle and frustration of the trip to the airport. You'll be glad you did!
Jan 8, 2023Previous reviewThis is the third time in a year (Dec, 2021 to Dec.2022) that I used Oriente Lux Limousine service to and from SFO. They remain top notch in every respect. They are on-time, courteous, efficient and professional. To drive to the airport in bad weather, darkness, heavy traffic, find parking, etc. provides stress that I don't need! On the return trip, more hassles (baggage claim, airport congestion, more traffic, etc) are just as irritating. Let Tog and his drivers start and end your journey on a positive note. Needless to say I'm a BIG fan!!

Dec 31, 2021Previous reviewIf I could give these business 10 stars I would! Not only did they meet my criteria for a good business (Prompt, Professional,Polite) but they exceeded it beyond my expectation.
I called Tog about two weeks prior to my trip to SFO and also arranged a return trip a week after that. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and said that I should call, text or e mail him should something unexpected come up.
On departure day the driver, Stas, arrived at my home at 0530 exactly on the minute! He quickly loaded the luggage and helped me and my wife get settled in a comfortable and very clean vehicle. It was a drizzly, cold morning and Stas drove us to SFO quickly and safely. In the last 40+ years I have driven to airports hundreds of times and believe me, this is the best way to go-no parking hassles, no luggage problems-nothing but exit the car right at the terminal.
On our return trip the following week I got a text telling me that the Oriente folks were monitoring my flight's arrival time. Within minutes of departing the aircraft at the gate in SFO, my phone rang and it was Stas. I told him I'd call him after we claimed our luggage (which unfortunately took 40 minutes!). I called and he picked us up outside baggage claim in less than 2 minutes. It was again foggy and raining and it was also in the middle of commute traffic. He got us home with minimum delay.
After a full day of traveling and a 3 hour time change I was not in the mood for a parking shuttle/drive in the commute nightmare. THIS was the way to go! The only reason I won't go on with the compliments is I'm afraid they'll be booked solid when I want to call them for my next trip. I highly recommend Oriente Lux Limousine!!

They went above and beyond to make sure that each ride went smoothly and were very communicative along the way!
And the icing on the cake is that they had the best rates and most available vehicles out of every car service that I called. Beautiful SUV's that made each one of my guests feel pampered and catered to.

It feels great knowing when and who will be coming to pick you up. Their drivers are top notch for sure. From Danville to SFO, I had my best trip experience with these guys. Cars are clean inside-outside, chauffeurs know exactly how to serve and drive professionally.

First time user. Needed 5 AM pickup to Oakland Airport. Very friendly and thorough. Kept in touch with information on driver. On time and cost less than all other airport transport businesses. Considered Uber and Lyft but couldn't take a chance on a "no show " or delay.
