This is a great breakfast spot with delicious and healthy food.

I always leave happy and full.

Most of the severs are friendly and very efficient .

Sharin at the Metrotown Station location gave me the sweetest and most attentive and quick service. she is a keeper.

I'm very confused by the bad reviews.
I have ordered from here a few times online and been in person and I've never been disappointed. I would definitely suggest going in person in stead as breakfast food can ALWAYS be iffy ordering in especially eggs but I've still never been upset.
The food is very delicious not a single person I've been with is upset over the food and all loved it. (Definitely should have a shredded hash brown option tho although theirs are still good I think they can be improved or have options.
It's a very cute obviously breakfast lunch restaurant very bright with lots of windows and many seats throughout the restaurant.
Our service was again very good there were a few mix ups, we were a bigger group but they were apologetic and fixed right away our server had only been serving 2 days.
This is definitely a great restaurant if you are in the area to check out I am very confused about the bad comments at this restaurant and definitely recommend to go out chat with friends and eat good food.

The service was friendly and it's a nice looking restaurant and that's all the nice things I have to say.

my crepe was cold. The cheese was hardened after it had melted and was served to me. So it was sitting in the kitchen and cold by the time it arrived. The potatoes were lukewarm.

Definitely not my cup of tea. With many other options in the area, this isn't for me.

BEWARE OF FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS!

Apologies for the lack of pictures, I wasn't planning on writing a review until the server came around with the bill - she gave us a small card with a QR code and wrote her name in Sharpie. She said that if we wrote a 5-star review on Google AND specifically called her out by name in the post (which was written on the card), she would waive the coffee off our bill.

I was pretty surprised because I've been here once before around the time they opened, but this happened only on the 2nd time I visited a few weeks ago. I'm not sure if this is a regular restaurant tactic, but I've been to places that would give incentives for an 'honest review', which I don't mind, but this was quite blatant demanding that it MUST be 5-star AND we must use her name in the post.

Story time aside, I'll also give an honest review of the food:

RAY'S EXTRAVAGANZA ($19.50): Pretty decent Hollandaise sauce, the potatoes were not as good as the first time I came (it was a bit soft). Very filling as it's a huge portion of potatoes lining the skillet with some bacon, ham, sausage, peppers and tomatoes on top. 6.5/10

NORWEGIAN BENEDICT ($22.25): My second time getting this, and it's pretty standard, you can't really go wrong with it. Again, lots of squishy potatoes, smoked salmon and I like the capers on top. I got spicy Hollandaise, which isn't really spicy. Get some hot sauce on the side if you'd like a real kick. 7/10

WAFFLE & FRUITS ($17.75): Absolutely horrible, the waffle was very soggy and doughy. Came with a handful or fruit such as blueberries, bananas, and strawberries. Very disappointing waffle, probably the worst one I've had ever. 1/10

The wait wasn't too bad (20min) on a weekend around 11am. I like the location as it's right next to Metrotown, so there's plenty of parking around. The atmosphere is quite nice, and large washrooms. There's not a whole lot of nice brunch places in Burnaby, and this place is just okay to save you the wait. It's hard for me to recommend this place with the forced 5-star review experience, and mediocre food.

1 star only because yelp wont let me give 0.
Came with 2 friends for brekkie/brunch. we were initially super impressed with menu options. Our waters were brought to the table one by one, about 7-10 minutes apart. Food was an hour wait, while we watched tables around us be seated and promptly order and get their food. Our server was either MIA or impossible to get her attention when she was attending to nearby tables. Our food was brought out cold and there were multiple errors with everything we ordered. Without any explanation, a different server seemed to take over our section. We made him aware of these issues and asked for separate checks. When he brought our check (all together) he said he wanted to comp our entire meal but the system only let him take 15% off. We asked again for the checks to be separate which he brought back saying he took 35% off but the prices on our checks were the same as the menu. our checks were brought back the third time with 20% off. We got no explanation or apology given for any of these issues.
      Food wasn't even that good.

I went here for breakfast with my coworkers during work and the food was good. I ordered a veggie omelette and it came with a side of hash browns and fruit. We were a large table, roughly 11 people and this restaurant could not keep up. The food took a tremendous amount of time. It was noticeablely long especially when you have to be back at work. I would give them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they were not prepped for a busy lunch on a weekday and didn't have enough employees. Maybe they would be able to handle it on a weekend. The servers were polite and friendly.
If you live in the area I would give it a go.

My friend calls Pur and Simple her little hidden gem brunch spot-- she absolutely loves it, has come many times & finally brought us here for her birthday. After trying out their brunch, I can absolutely understand why she adores this place so much!

This was the east van location! I walked in and immediately felt at ease with how spacious & cutely decorated it is inside. Our waiter was amazing & super attentive. He gave excellent recommendations for a first-timer like myself! He was also quite chatty, which I appreciate and thinks it's adds to the overall experience. Granted, the place wasn't busy at the time (since it was a weekday) and I assume that's why everything felt more chill and relaxed at the time.

What I like about their dishes is that they have a good balance of both sweet & savoury in one plate and the price is good for the big portions that they offer! I will be adding this onto my list go-to brunch spots now:)

Finally found somewhere in my neighbourhood that's NOT Denny's or Cora's LOL. It was so big and spacious inside, bright and bustling with people. I really liked the layout when I entered. The service was excellent too despite it becoming busier. The presentation of the food and the taste were great! Good brunch spot for the girls, fam, or even just for one. Not to mention, LOTS of Caesar and Mimosa options!

Tried their Angus Benedict and it was pretty tasty. Everything was fresh, filling, and the egg was cooked to perfection. The only recommendation I would make would be having some kind of greens would be a nice touch (gotta eat my veggies!).

The atmosphere was wonderful, it was bright with natural light, and staff were very friendly.
