Park 'N Fly Oakland

I needed to take my medication at 8pm on the dot but didn't have any water to take it with after our flight and we were parched. It was 7:59pm when we scanned our QR code to exit park n fly and the guy at the front asked us if we wanted water. Shoutout to the guy working at the front for the water!! I was able to take my medication!!

We have used park n fly plenty of times and we never had to wait long for a shuttle for drop-off or pickup. The parking lot is very secure when we park it for a couple of days. They have tall electric fences with additional barbed wire. Never had any issues, even with any red eye flights!

I definitely recommend park n fly if you are flying out of oakland airport!

Forever a loyal Park N Fly customer, I was disappointed to see the Parking Spot take over but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, the "new" management provides a far less customer service focused experience. First, I learned my years of loyalty no longer afforded me a better parking spot. (What was the point of being loyal??). Based on the email communication, I understood the loyalty perks would be honored but that is not the case. Second, to receive a preferred rate, it is a non-refundable reservation. Travel plans change! Again, loyalty had perks with Park N Fly; a discounted rate was awarded for being a loyal customer. Lastly, they have reduced shuttle service in both directions.

I'll be shopping for a new spot to park going forward. Please lmk if you have a recommendation!

I have parked here multiple times when flying out of Oakland!!

The online rates have gotten better, I hope they keep trending in that direction!! I usually have an early morning flight, so the shuttle is quick and gets you to the airport in a timely matter.

The high fence, with the barbed wire at the top surrounding it makes feel like my car is secure here. That's very important to me, especially nowadays in Oakland!!

Make sure you make a reservation online, the earlier you do it, the better the rates. And also you're guaranteed availability!!

Going out the shuttle driver was great and courteous, coming back, the shuttle 944 driver was so rude.

As an update, the manager did refund my Uber fare without any extra questions or excuses and that was much appreciated.

We recently used this for our recent vacation where we had to go to OAK. I like that we can easily reserve online and it's so easy to find. Everything went well. We were parked close to the entrance. Our shuttle came as soon as we got our bags out of the trunk and it was easy to find them when we got back to OAK.
Their drivers are very nice and very professional.
We will definitely use this service once again when we need to park our car.

I've always parked here and never had a problem. The only change I've noticed in recent years is they don't seem to have as many folks running the shuttle to and from the airport but that said, I only waited 5 minutes for the shuttle to the terminal and 15 minutes for pickup back to the lot. It's cheaper than some of the other lots and only a five minute ride to the terminal.

Used to be great but over the past couple of years has gone way downhill. Disorganized and long delays waiting for shuttles. Have parked here for years but will now look elsewhere. Unfriendly service also.

Easy online reservations for either outdoor or indoor parking. However, indoor parking definitely sells out quick, so be sure to make reservations in advance. What I appreciate most about this service is that they pick you up & drop you off at your vehicle! Their drivers are fast & efficient. The shuttles are clean too! I definitely would use this service again.

New ownership.. drivers and employees have always been one of the great assets. What bothers me is they have RAISED their rates apx..30-40% Yet they send out emails stating they have a sale going on. Looks like you have to play the super market shopping game and maybe be lucky if you can. From prior apx $10 a day to now the super improved $14.40 a day!! WOW!!
