When I arrived to the lot in early August 2017, there were no parking spaces available despite my reservation and prepayment. So they had to valet my car. After a 4 day trip, my car was ant-infested and had a dent/paint chip on the passenger rear door (a brand new 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid so I knew that there were no dents/scratches to start with). I took pictures and filed an incident report. Spoke to the shift manager Larry who told me nothing would be done. Then I called his supervisor, Norma, four times and left voicemails. The manager Angie was completely untouchable. I did not receive any response. I even had to buy ant bait to kill the ants living in my car. I realize that if anything goes wrong at their parking lot (break-in, dents, etc. which don't happen infrequently), they will not claim any responsibility and there is absolutely no one to appeal to. My only recourse is to write this review in hopes of helping someone else decide which company to use for their long term airport parking needs.

We've been using park n travel since 2019. Our car is kept safe and drivers are very prompt in picking up and courteous.

The shuttle drivers were great. But there's little other customer service, acknowledging your reservation or telling you where to park when the lot already has cars lined up in the aisles. The company seems sincere, though. So try them if you can allow time for delays.

I was really nervous about parking my car here after reading so many horrible reviews. I am pleased to report that I had absolutely no issues whatsoever using Park N Travel. I found a spot to park my car in their lot, the shuttle driver came over to me, checked my reservation, and immediately drove me to my gate. Upon return, I called the number on the reservation and someone picked up right away. I waited only 5 minutes at the designated pickup spot for the shuttle to arrive for me. As we were approaching the lot, the driver got a call for another pickup, and she was courteous and let the caller know she was just dropping off another customer and would be there shortly.

DONT PARK HERE!!!!!!!!!. My flight was delayed and I called in advanced to let them know. I knew Shuttle parking wasn't available from 12am-4am. So I took a Taxi over (since LYFT AND UBER) were all 30 minutes out. I get to the parking structure and the gates are locked with the OPEN sign turned on.
Now I had to have someone get me since they were closed.
How are you suppose to be open and not let me out?!

Reading the reviews, I was a little hesitant but I try to keep in mind that folks are more likely to leave reviews for these type of services when they're pissed off vs when they've had a decent experience. I parked here and didn't have any long wait time for the shuttle to pick me up, it was quick, easy, convenient. I was traveling with two young kids and I was worried about being stressed but this was smooth sailing. No problems upon arrival and the shuttle drivers and attendant were polite/helpful. When I picked my car up, the lot was super packed and I almost couldn't back out of my space. But the attendant saw and helped direct my car then apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, great experience and I'd use them again.

Do not park here-they are thieves!!! I have come here at least 20 times this year-their prices are good if you book online, and so far, no issue (except you can wait 15-20 minutes usually to be picked up).
This time, I made a mistake on my reservation. I arrived at 6:30pm on a Friday eve, had booked 7pm (Friday night and almost no traffic on 580, a miracle). But, I had accidently put return Tuesday at 3am instead of 3pm. No worries, I thought, you pay for $9 for a 24 hr period, and I was billed for 4-24 hr periods, plus they aren't even open 12-4am, they'd know I made a mistake. Right??? Wrong!
When I arrived Friday (driving straight from work) the woman told me I owe more. No, I (logically) explained, 7pm Friday to 7pm Saturday is 1 day, 7pm Saturday to 7pm Sunday is 2 days, 7pm Sunday to 7pm Monday are 3 days, 7pm Monday to 7pm Tuesday are 4 days. Bill shows 4 days + 18.5% airport tax, plus $5 surcharge for charge (how else do you do an online booking?). Easy peasy. She let me go and said we'd figure it out on the return.
While in SoCal visiting the grandkids I logged in to 'change return'. Another $8.95. I thought, well that's obviously a mistake. Silly me, on the Tuesday at 4:45pm return I was charged $10.61 additional. I was going to call the cops, but was tired, and wanted to get home. I explained to the employee-"who is going to pay if you don't?" (Dunno, noboday?)
The owner is "Syrian, I think, and doesn't live in the USA", per the driver. OWNER; your manager/employees are ripping people off in your name. OWNER-PLEASE RESPOND!!! Don't use Park 'N Travel, unless you want to find your own transport.
We reserved a spot at Park 'N Travel Oakland and, upon arriving back home, called the number they gave us to summon the shuttle. It was busy. We continued calling, GETTING THE BUSY SIGNAL FOR 35 MINUTES!
We finally gave up, paid almost $20 for an Uber ride from the airport to their lot to retrieve our car. The guy there said that all of the parking companies were having phone issues. If that was the case, they should be sending a shuttle to the airport at our indicated arrival time. We saw shuttles from the other main companies. That felt like a lame excuse that they could have remedied by sending their shuttle. They have the arrival times on the customers' reservations.

This company is small and the wait is a bit long- but the drivers are courteous. Worth the wait if you're not in a hurry.

We landed and went to 4F. I called them 10 times, texted. Phone went to VM. No response!. Nobody answered. Waited 45 min. My gf then called from her phone. Guy answered, said he would be there in 10 min. Its a 3 min drive from lot. 20 min later shows up. Argues. That we didnt call but then the guy shows us the missed calls on his phone. So he clearly was home or not even close to lot. Horrible customer service. WILL NEVER USE THIS LOT AGAIN!!

Will never use this place again. Terrible customer service. The lot was super small so we had to leave ours keys so they could park it. That was no big deal but upon our return, we called them to pick us up at the airport to go back to their lot but the line rang busy & there was no voice-mail box. Must have called 50 times & we were about to get an Uber when another driver from a different company offered us a ride back since he was free. It was only a mile from OAK airport to their lot. The guy at the parking lot claimed his phone never rang but there we other people who arrived when we did who actually had to take an Uber coz they experienced the same thing. What horrible service & a waste of our time. They didn't apologize or offer us any kind of discount either. Don't use this place ever.
