Park N Travel

I travel several times a month and always use Park & Travel. I book online and know the price I'm going to pay. I hardly ever have to wait for a ride to or from the airport. The drivers are all friendly (I only use the Doolittle lot, so I can't vouch for the other drivers) and the check-in and -out process is painless.

If you're looking for a place to park and don't want a hassle, park here!

Tip: make sure you remember which lot you park at - I think they have 3. Vans only pick-up for the corresponding lot, which is why it's important to call for a pick-up rather than just waiting at the curb. I've seen some newbies think they can just get on any van, and then they feel snubbed when the driver tries to explain that they can't give them a ride.

The lovely African American gentleman who works here is exudes professionalism, helpfulness, and a great work ethic. We did not reserve a spot in advance and were somewhat panicking when we saw every parking place was full before our flight, but he found/created a spot for us, dropped us off right away, and was super helpful explaining the pick up procedures. Pick-up also went perfectly. The prices were very reasonable and much cheaper than taking an Uber or Lyft both ways from the South Bay. We will park here again anytime we fly out of Oakland.

I found this lot through a reservation site, so my rate was confirmed on paper.
I was skeptical after reading other reviews, but figured the rate is good and I wouldn't leave any valuables in my car (which is a good idea at ANY parking lot!).
Anyway, we pulled in (Lot #2) and were told to go ahead and park in any spot. By the time we got out of the car, the shuttle/van had pulled up right to our car. Very friendly & polite, also loaded our luggage into the van. He immediately took us to the airport and gave us instructions (also on a little card) for when we return.
When we got back, we retrieved our luggage & called for pick-up. The shuttle was pulling up as we walked out of the airport!
My rate was honored with no hassle.
I have to admit that as much as I hate flying out of Oakland, this experience made it smooth. I will always use this lot for traveling out of Oakland!
