      Updated review

It's with a heavy heart that I update my 5 star review down to 3 (maybe 2.5?) because they do some things so well:

      - They have very frequent shuttles. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for a shuttle, and the average is literally only about a minute. I just missed one at the United terminal at SFO, and I saw another one within probably 200 yards. This is awesome when you're in a hurry traveling.
      - They have better base rates than the "official" airport parking by about $5 a day - if you can get it - see below.
      - They have a more fair pricing structure too: a day has passed when you've been there for 24 hours, not when the calendar has updated at 12:01am. This may seem minor but will save you an entire day's charge if your departing and arriving flights are at similar times.
      - They have coupons for one or two days off. Here's the two day: http://www.parksfo.com/marchtrack.htm
      and one day:
      http://www.parksfo.com/free.asp
... but there's some fine print they don't tell you - see below.

      So the bad?
      - The last few times I've traveled, they haven't had the outdoor self-parking ($12.95/day) available... so they compromise and give you a discounted valet rate of $14.95/day, which may seem OK but:
      - Two times ago, the valet dented the passenger door on my car pretty badly - but somehow they didn't "seem" to have noticed or made a note - I had to call their attention to it when I picked it up. The reason this isn't a one star review is that they agreed to fix it, maintained good communication about it, and did it in a convenient way for me: they just had me leave the car with them (free) the next time I traveled while they took it to a shop. The reason this isn't a four star review is that the repair job was decent but not great - you can tell the door has been worked on. And I like to think none of this would've been needed if they'd had their regular outdoor parking available.
      - And another bummer: that two day coupon is for 2 days free when you park for 4 - I thought. Sort of. Recently, I parked for a Friday - Monday, and was within 1 hour of the daily maximum for the 4th day. But the cashier said he could only give me one free day instead of two because I had only been there 3 days. I asked him to show me the fine print so I wouldn't make the same mistake next time. He couldn't so I asked to speak with a manager. Then it got interesting. "OK, I'll give you two days free. There is no manager here. They all went home. Only regular employees. I don't want to make them deal with it." Well, I guess that is good?

All told, I'm not sure what to do next time. I think the surprises of Park SFO are probably worth it in the cases where their special deals and 24 hour pricing policy help you - like if you are traveling only 48 - 72 hours. Otherwise good old "long term parking" may be a better bet.

I parked here during a long European trip. My car was completely safe. I didn't realize leaving my hybrid that long without charging it would end up with a dead battery. There were two people that helped me out in the middle of the night when I arrived. One was Moses and I cannot remember the other young guy that helped but he was great and charged my car. If I find his name, I'll post it. He was a young good looking guy. He was either Hispanic or Asian American. The details about his appearance are to hopefully make up for me forgetting his name and he will get some recognition from management. I will be using this place in the future if I fly out of SFO.

If you travel often and choose to use off-site parking, DO NOT USE Park SFO. I used to park off of San Mateo Blvd in San Bruno, but they closed a few years back and automatically transferred their regular clients to Park SFO.

From the beginning, service was not as good, but tolerable with an occasional exception of poor service.

My most recent trip has tipped the scales where I will never use their service again. During a long business trip, I lost my wallet with all my credit cards, cash, and identification. Even though I have two credit cards on file within the Park SFO app, they could not access this info to allow me to pay my bill, get my vehicle, and go home.

They do not have the ability to use Apple Pay or Venmo.

Their suggestion was to take Uber home, get cash and return in the morning to get my vehicle. Mind you, I would have had to pay another day of parking plus the Uber ride to and from.

The counter people were rude, and had zero suggestions of help to solve my situation.

To top it off, I watched four Park N Fly shuttles pass my before the first Park SFO shuttle arrived.

Park somewhere else. It's not with the heart ache.

Zero stars, worst airport parking experience I've ever had.
I reserved indoor parking before my trip. When I arrived at the facility, the attendant barked at me (in broken English) that the covered parking was full, my reservation was invalid, and I'd have to park outside. It's convenient for ParkSFO that this means I had to pay the on-site fee rather than the reserved in advance discounted fee, so the outdoor parking cost me MORE than my reservation for indoor parking.
Is it a scam? You be the judge. Just don't park there.

I have used Park SFO twice. The first time there weren't any issues whatsoever. This time, though, I don't know if it was Spring Break or what, but we were waiting for almost 30 minutes to be picked up coming back home. It was almost 1am and cold.

Once we got to the lay station, I asked the attendant to look up my reservation because we had lost our ticket (we knew it was a $15 fee for not having it). The line was long because the self payment machines were broken/not working. The attendant looked at me and said, "These people behind you all have THEIR ticket..." I told him I knew i had to pay because I didn't have it and to just look my information up. He pushed a piece of paper to me shooed me to one side to fill out. Once done he looked up my license plate and charged me.

Shit happens..to ask people on vacation to keep a piece of paper for a week is lame. It took the guy 1 minute to look for our car entry with a license plate. And if you lose it get charged $15 at least make it easy and not be rude about it.

I will not be using them when with my family anymore. They are not reliable and can be jerks.

Park SFO gets the job done!!

This place definitely has more shuttles than other off airport parking at SFO. That was one of the reasons I chose them when I parked somewhere else, I kept seeing there shuttles pass me by while I was waiting for another shuttle.

Also, with the rise in parking rates recently, this place is consistently cheaper than others, with coupons they email to you.

The only downside side I could see is, this is a huge parking structure with multiple levels, so security might be a little stretched to be able to cover all the areas sufficiently.

Used to be great - frequent shuttle, good prices, plenty of spots. Extreme opposite in 2024. Infrequent shuttles, completely packaged garage with cars all over the place, which certainly can't be safe. The icing on the cake is extremely rude staff.

Just park at SFO long term. Same price, wayyyy more efficient.

Most unreliable shuttle service. Get ready to wait 10-20+ for a shuttle. Enjoy watching Lot D buses go by at least 5 times, multiple Park N Fly, various hotels and Anza. Get ready for the one shuttle that comes in a 30 minute window to pass you by, because it's full, because they're so infrequent.

Reservation process and parking experience were good however upon departure, 4 DAYS FREE coupon did not load and App gave me no way to back out to reload coupons. Thus I paid $100 more than indicated. I have contacted them at info@ParkSFO.com and I await a reply w credit for future stay.

I recently had a disappointing experience with San Francisco Airport Parking. Despite making a reservation for three days and planning to leave before midnight, I was overcharged due to a worker's incompetence at the exit gate. Despite explaining my situation, there was a delay in processing my exit, resulting in an additional day's charge. While the facility itself is decent, the lack of proper training for staff and the inconvenience caused by their errors left me dissatisfied. I hope they can improve their customer service and billing procedures in the future.

When traveling out of SFO, we always use Park SFO to stash our car while away. Parking is easy. It's the other parts that drop the rating.

Coming back, it's always sketchy as to where to get picked up. A previous trip, I was dropped off in a specific area and was told when I came back to come to the same spot. Okay, I did. A week later when I returned, I went to the same spot ... I had to flag down the driver who was going to pass me. He saw me late and somehow managed to pull over. He yelled at me for being in the wrong location. When I told him this was the designated area, he wanted to argue that I was wrong. I told him I was dropped off here. The sign says this is a designated area. He told me the area was in another area and pointed back a distance. Sigh.

On this latest visit, we were gone nearly two weeks. Once again, knowing the procedure, I scanned the QR at the gate to let me in to the garage. When I returned, the app said I never checked in. This became a hassle because the individual behind the counter wanted to argue with me about not checking in (or having a ticket). I told him I scanned the app and the gate opened, as I have done on a few occasions. I mentioned there must be an issue with the app. He snapped back, telling me the app is never wrong. I was wondering if this is the same guy who snapped at me the previous visit on the bus. Customer service is severely lacking in that regard, but the parking is rather inexpensive (with the added coupons) so it's tolerated. People / Customer skills are severely lacking by some of the employees.
