Park SFO gets the job done!!

This place definitely has more shuttles than other off airport parking at SFO. That was one of the reasons I chose them when I parked somewhere else, I kept seeing there shuttles pass me by while I was waiting for another shuttle.

Also, with the rise in parking rates recently, this place is consistently cheaper than others, with coupons they email to you.

The only downside side I could see is, this is a huge parking structure with multiple levels, so security might be a little stretched to be able to cover all the areas sufficiently.

Most unreliable shuttle service. Get ready to wait 10-20+ for a shuttle. Enjoy watching Lot D buses go by at least 5 times, multiple Park N Fly, various hotels and Anza. Get ready for the one shuttle that comes in a 30 minute window to pass you by, because it's full, because they're so infrequent.

This place has gone downhill. I had to wait twenty minutes for a shuttle on my most recent visit. The employees were rude and unresponsive. This used to be such a great service, but they're definitely milking it for every nickel now.

I'm going to start using the airport's long-term parking and I recommend you do the same.

A friend recommended this parking alternative to us. Very convenient. Way cheaper than a rental car or other parking options in the area. Didn't have to use valet as there were plenty of Self-Park spots.
Shuttle was clean and driver was friendly. 5 minute shuttle wait times was what we've heard but our's was just waiting for our party to board.

Planning on using a 4 day free coupon when our 9 day parking is done.

Service has gone down hill. You have to make a reservation now or they turn you away. If your flight comes in after about 10pm, you'll need to call to get the shuttle to come. Sat outside at 1:30 for more than 30 minutes after calling

I parked there for 2 weeks. The main elevator was broken when I left, and it was still broken when I returned. Not only that ~ the stairs clearly hadn't been swept or maintained for too long to imagine. Surely, surely ParkSFO is bringing in enough $$$ money to keep the place cleaner. Surely! (On another note, the shuttle drivers are kind, considerate, quick to help with luggage, and good drivers, as well.) I am going to try to find a different place for my long term parking, because there really is no excuse for the out-of-service-elevator/dirty (filthy) stairs combo... especially when you mentally calculate the profits that place is racking in. YUCK and Grrrrrr!

Made a reservation and still had to park very far away and at an ajacent sketchy lot. Then had to wait long time for shuttle. Service has gone downhill.

Great parking spot and alternative than the actual SFO long term parking. Cheaper rates are available when using coupons that this parking lot offers via app. Their company app makes everything easier and makes it faster to go in and out. Shuttle times were great too, waited at most ten minutes for the next shuttle. There are directions in the shuttle of where to meet for pickup at the airport, so make sure to read those. Would recommend to others.

Took off a star because there were unlit places which could encourage car thieves to break in so make sure to park at a well lit spot

I just returned from a 10 day trip. I downloaded the Park SFO app before arriving. I made a reservation. Upon arrival I scanned the QR code and the barrier gate opened. When I returned from my trip I checked out/paid using the app. Make sure to apply your coupons for discounts. I also had no issues with the shuttle. I had no wait time for departure and maybe a 5 minute wait when I arrived from my trip.

Getting the shuttle from SFO back to your car is a problem. Several months ago, I couldn't get on the first shuttle because it was too crowded but caught the second. Last night, I couldn't get on until the third shuttle and barely made that one. This is trending towards me being stranded at SFO or having to take an Uber to my car. Will look for an alternative.
