      Paul did a great job with my auto detailing job. I was in an emergency situation and needed the passenger side detailed due to a friend getting sick the night before. After calling many auto detailing companies, Paul was the most helpful and accommodating. He was friendly and thoroughly explained the process. This was also done on a holiday and he didn't have to take the job. He also gave me a great price! The end result was amazing! It looked better than it was before! I highly recommend Paul's auto detailing services!

      So I went to Paul's to get the interior cleaned out of the car had a bad smell and realized that we needed to change some matting in the carpet before we cleaned it. My insurance company decided that they weren't gonna help and luckily out of the generosity of Paul's heart, he gave me a clean car with no hassle. The smell is gone.

      Business owners need to take lessons from Paul D. because Paul is not only a master of his own crafts when it comes to auto body repair/detailing, but he has also mastered the craft of customer relationship, customer focus, empathy, communications, etc. The list goes on. Let's dive into the meat of all these details and how I came to that conclusion in this long, drawn-out review/story.

      I've been frantically searching for auto body repair on Yelp for my front bumper, and I've made multiple inquiries from a dozen auto body repair shops, most of which gave me simple quotes that weren't explained in steps or details, but rather a mere short, vague statement with a price range. Paul was the only one willing to reach out to me and explain what needed to be done and the price for each step. He offered a free consultation, which I wholeheartedly accepted. The following day, he made his way to my place at his own time and gas to get a closer look and see a clearer picture of what needed to be done before proceeding. I spoke with him for a while, and he immediately connected with me and understood my situation on why I decided not to go with my insurance for financial reasons. He empathized with me and wanted to give me the best deal possible while doing the utmost job on my repair, as promised. I took his offer, and we began a two-day journey where, under the guidance of his goodwill, he made sure I was happy by doing business with him. Thankfully, he delivered what was promised.

      After I made my decision to bring the car to his shop, I was met with a warm welcome to his kingdom. He allowed me to venture with him into his shop to learn what he means in this business, what he does for a living, his hobbies, his livelihood--everything about Paul. He made me feel welcome not just as his customer but as a friend who could relate to each other in a meaningful way. Besides being there to sign over the contract for our agreement, I got to learn about Paul as a person, his livelihood, his business, his hobbies, and his profound love and father figure for his dogs. I had never spent this much time with a business owner whom I had only met and spoken to for 30 minutes, but I felt like I had known him all my life. This charismatic human being is literally one of the wonders of the world I've come to know.

      Over the course of these two days, his communication with me was outstanding. I never expected Paul, of all people who own a prominent small-large auto body shop, to find the time to build such great rapport with me in such a short but very busy schedule of his. Constantly, he would call and text me pictures of work in progress, constantly making sure I was okay proceeding with the next step. He offered various degrees of options for me, without pressuring me, allowing me to choose what is best for me and for my car. He was willing to work with me on prices that were reasonable to an extent. Paul is still a businessman, but he is willing to make sacrifices and take a loss without jeopardizing the quality of his work. He delivered outstanding results that rival other auto body shops that cost twice or thrice as much for the same result. Ironically, when I first spoke to Paul, he wasn't at all fascinated with EVs (Electric Vehicles), as he is a traditional, old-school individual who favors vintage, beautiful internal combustion vehicles over glorified electric modern laptops with wheels. I knew that Paul had worked in his craft for over three decades, so it's no surprise he curated and devised a plan that met my price and expectations.

      Originally, when we spoke during the initial consultation, I wanted this repair to be close to 90% of what it looked like prior to the damage, but he assured me he wanted to deliver close to 95%, which I scoffed and chuckled over the price I was being charged for. When it was finally time to pick up my car, I was met with a surprise; the result was not close to 95% but a perfect 100%. Whoa, what the... I stood there in awe, unexpectedly flabbergasted, with my jaw dropped for a mere minute when I came to pick up my car. Paul delivered the impossible for an impossible price. Now, don't take it the wrong way, saying I'm just a mere shill for his company. No, I wanted you guys to hear from me personally what I've been through over the past two days with this man. You can look back at my previous Yelp reviews, which are quite effortless and concise. I took the liberty to spend a lot of time writing about my experience after a 4-year hiatus to not only tell you how amazing this was for me but also to make you believe that you can trust in Paul when it comes to your car because if there is a god who can grant miracles in car detailing, restoration, and repair, that man is Paul D.

      That being said, I've attached some photos of the repair with snippets as proof of his great rapport for your reference. I thank you all for reading this far. I know it's too drawn-out, but I can't help myself.

      Paul's gotta be the nicest and most understanding mobile detailing dude in SF, gave me a courtesy call on the morning of my appointment and checked in on my afternoon appointment.

      Unfortunately my schedule shifted this morning and I had to cancel on him last minute. Paul was gracious enough to understand my situation - even offered to help! What a guy - I will definitely give this guy another ring and setup a detail when I can!

      I recently brought my car to Paul's Mobile Detailing, due to an unpleasant odor that I couldn't get rid of. Paul did a free initial assessment and showed me that my car needed more extensive work than I initially thought. He was extremely thorough in explaining how dangerous mold can be, which was the source of the smell, caused by water trapped under the trunk from a previous accident. I had no idea this damage existed.

      Throughout the process, Paul kept me informed about the various stages of the repair, including the different types of damage and the steps needed to fix them. After a deep cleaning, Paul treated the car with enzyme an ozone treatment, which effectively eradicated the mold and completely eliminated the odor. Now, my car not only smells brand new but is also properly cleaned and safe to drive. I thought it was virtually impossible to get rid of the smell, but Paul and his team made it happen. I am very grateful for Paul's expertise and highly recommend his services.

      I visited Paul's shop due to a leak in my trunk, which caused mold to grow under the spare tire. Paul claimed the mold posed a health risk and diagnosed the leak as coming from the weather trim. Before even performing the service, he asked me to leave him a 5-star review. I'm GLAD I didn't, as he provided a 1-star service. He then tried to charge me $700 under the table to fix the leak. I kindly declined and requested only mold removal. He claimed to make minor tweaks and messaged me via text and I quote "if I hypothetically didn't do the job right, you are covered under your insurance"--hardly comforting for a first-time customer..

      I later took my car to another shop, where they discovered the leak was actually due to frame damage, not the weather trim as Paul had claimed. It became clear that Paul values taking advantage of people for money more than maintaining a happy customer. Not only did he misdiagnose the problem and try to overcharge me, but he also failed to remove the mold. The other shop even took a photo of what Paul had supposedly "completed."

      If Yelp reviews was capable of providing companies with 0 stars I would. My morals and values are deeply rooted in honesty, trust, and respect. Paul came in with the demeanor of someone knowledgeable, but his actions quickly revealed otherwise--a typical con artist. As shown in the before-and-after photos of the "service," he immediately began tearing out the carpet, pointing out what he claimed was harmful mold, and stressing the health risks to my family. He assured me he would deep clean everything and completely remove the mold, but that never happened, as the photos clearly show. Despite his promises, the mold remained. I should have trusted my instincts and chosen a shop capable of delivering the high-quality service Paul promised,
      But failed to provide.

      Paul does a great job and at a fair price. I don't like using my insurance unless I really have to. I have a horrible habit of multitasking while backing out of parking lots and my too fat and wide tesla. Scratches and scrapes. I could go through insurance sure. This takes 50 phone calls 3 weeks an adjustor and 3 times as much work as the car needs and I still have to pay the deductible and then worry about my rates going up. All the for a slightly off kilter bumper with some scrapes? I could go through all that or I make one phone call. To Paul. One phone call and he drives across town picks the car up and he just takes care of it. I trust him to make the bumper right and do it at a fair price and do it fast. One phone call and thats it. As good as new.

      Nobody works harder noone more responsive.
