Phoenix heating and air is a reliable local company serving woodland and surrounding areas.

I called Phoenix Heating & Air Conditioning after putting off for a year a much needed checkup and thermostat replacement. Phoenix was able to come out the next day and look into my list of heating problems.
The gentleman who came out was on time, polite, informative and answered all my questions about upgrades and possible next steps. I have a wall heater which will eventually need replacement, so I had a lot of questions about where to go from here. The day I made the appointment I stated the type of thermostat that I wanted-no bells and whistles, just easy to read and straightforward. I was so pleased to discover that that is exactly what I got-I love it! I also appreciated that there was no upsell, fear tactics or anything like that-just straight, clear information about what I asked about.
In the end, all my questions were answered, my heater was fixed and running well & I had a new thermostat that met my needs at a fair price!

What can I say that hasn't been said already about Esvin and his team. I was introduced through my buddy Mike who had them do my neighbors ac unit. I was shopping around for quotes and I did get cheaper offers but Esvin pointed out that the price may be cheaper by a little bit the unit was smaller and would cost me more money in the long run to cool my house. With all these models and their weird wording I didn't catch that. Lucky for me Esvin did. He scheduled me for the next day and came and did the job within the day. Very professional, wore mask, and was very organized. After everything was done he answered all questions we may have had & went through some things with us before and after turning on the unit. I highly recommend them. After 5 years without ac I can finally be ready for the hot weekend coming up.

Thank you, Cesar, the hero! Our Wallace wall heater suddenly stopped working. We called Phoenix Heating & Air on a Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning Cesar arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem, faulty thermostat, plus a short in the wiring. End result: a new thermostat and, most importantly--heat!

This company should be added to the DIAMOND CERTIFICATION, very professional, efficient, punctual and friendly.
Mr. Cesar and son truly know what they are doing and get the job done, no matter where the furnace location might be, like in my case, under the house on dirt.

Esvin and co. installed central cooling and heating in our house one week ago, removing the furnace and replacing most of the previous duct work. They were professional and everything is working as expected. They were flexible when I requested additional work halfway through (which required an additional payment of course). They seemed to take all reasonable precautions to limit contact and exposure between themselves and my family during these plague times.

Nothing but great things to say about this company. They came out and set up a whole house humidifier for us. Before Brad even came, I spoke with him on the phone asking a trillion questions and he was patient in answering them all. Super-communicative, punctual and beat out price with all competitors. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

So far so good. My AC & heater stopped functioning and I contacted this company among others. They were pretty responsive and came out the same day to address and identify the issue. Once I pulled the trigger on repairs, things were expedited and now I'm a happy camper. As far as pricing goes, I have no idea what's fair and honest because this isn't my area of expertise. I was more in the neighborhood of a couple hundred dollar repair, but it ended up being more than that...other than that, all is well so far.
