Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing

Our house is nearly 70 years old, and the lateral sewage pipe needed to be replaced. I'm so happy we hired Jose and his team at Pipe Thru. Jose came over the same day I called and spent nearly an hour with me at the free consult showing me the state of the pipe with the camera (roots!) and answering all of my questions with patience. The quote was very competitive. He got on the permit the next day and work started just a couple days later. The entire team was extremely professional and went the extra mile of installing a clean out for a connection we weren't expecting and keeping the worksite pristine. Pipe Thru is an honest and expert company and I highly recommend them!

I had very pleasant experience working with Pipe-thru to have my main sewer line replaced using trenchless technology. Their price is competitive; their work quality is great; and their crews are very friendly. During the project, it was unexpectedly discovered that the sewer line was set in concrete. They spent extra hours breaking the concrete without extra charge. I would certainly recommend Pipe-thru to anyone who needs to have their main sewer line replaced.

Great quality and unmatched price
I wanted to install a valve over my emergency shutdown valve and called Jose who gave me an amazing quote and showed up on time to install it.

Only asked for an estimate. My landscape drain gets clogged sometimes. Another company quoted me $9000 for trenchless replacement with pipe-bursting. I wanted another estimate. Pipe-Thru arrived on time. Quickly ran their camera through and told me that the pipe is good and nothing to replace. It was just undersized for the size of the yard. What the other $9000 company told me was a breakage in the pipe, Pipe-Thru said was an intact tee, which made sense because it was near a downspout. Pipe-Thru also said that pipe bursting would not be recommended here because the pipe is shallow and underneath a concrete patio which could get damaged. I felt like I got honest and qualified opinion. They left without any work for them and I felt bad about wasting their time.

During recent storms I realized that the storm drain in my yard is not functioning properly. I contacted Jose from Pipe-Thru plumbing based on recommendation from my neighboor. It took a few days to schedule an appointment, but giving the weather conditions and number of people that needed this type of service - its understandable. Jose came over. He had all the right equipment to locate the clog in the drain. In a week i had crew working to dig out the problematic section of the pipe. Guys were friendly and did really good job. After finding out the damage that was done over time to the GI pipe, some due to time and the remaining due to the bad plumbing that was done while the house was being put together ( directly connecting GI to copper pipe causing electrolysis resulting in rusting and choking the GI pipe) I reached out to Jose and team amongst others to find out what could the best and fastest way to replace the pipe. Jose was the first to show up and I was pretty impressed finding out about the trenchless technique to do this job.

Most of the other vendors that came out to estimate recommended digging open the lawn patch , and then fold it back once the pipe was laid in ( definitely not the same landscape anymore).

Eventually agreed upon with Jose (his pricing was the most competitive amongst all the estimates that were quoted to me) to proceed with this and he and the crew came and did a fantastic job today. Clean like nothing ever happened, fast ( couple of hours at max) with the least amount of water disruption.

We've been having persistent sewer clogs that finally got too bad to just rooter it out anymore. Jose arrived a few hours after contacting him, and he gave us a range of choices from a quick repair to a slab-to-street complete replacement that evening. Two days later his crew was on site at 8am, and had the job finished by noon; where other plumbers said they'd leave us to repair the hole in the driveway, Jose's team replaced and re-grouted the pavers so that we couldn't even tell where they dug. A clean, efficient, quality job from start to finish, very conveniently timed and at a great price. It's the best experience I've had with a major underground job like this.
