James was absolutely amazing in providing fast response, courteous service and very thorough quality work for an emergency plumbing situation at my mom's during a family celebration. He called right away, talked through the issue asking good questions, and came within an hour well prepared to fix the immediate problem. He then went above and beyond by checking other fixtures finding a few other problems, presenting us options. He came everyday for a week to dry out the walls so they would not mold, and his pricing was fairly just about what he quoted us so we had no surprises. I had a water emergency, broken water pipe with substantial water leak. I called two local plumbers that were recommended on NextDoor. After explaining the emergency, one plumber said they would come out in a week and the second business said they could come out in a month! They offered no help and only said they had other customers.

I found Plumbing Pros on Yelp. If I could I would give Plumbing Pros 10 stars! After explaining the emergency, James P, owner came out to the house within 2 hours. He provided options and was absolutely concerned with getting the broken pipe fixed.

His crew came out and replaced/fixed everything in one day! Great quality work and good pricing!

Oh my GOSH JAMES IS THE BEST! I searched for someone to come out with many being too busy to fix our hot water heater. He was here between other jobs, made sure we were up and running. HE IS AWESOME! I reached out to James to replace an old 50gallon hot water heater that was failing. I was considering a Tankless system but initially was scared off by other plumbers' quotes. James was very prompt responding to my inquiry, came to my home and did a thorough assessment of my set up and quoted me a very fair price. He also quoted me a price to replace the 50gallon tank so I could do the math to weigh my options. The Tankless make/model is exactly what I needed to meet my needs. Looking forward to endless hot water and lower gas bills in the future.

Two days later James arrived on time and replaced my old HWH with a beautiful tankless model. He took the extra time to route the pipes through the crawl space to ensure a clean install and provide me with some storage space under the unit. He hauled away the old 50gallon, cleaned the space after the install and all I had to do was turn on the faucets. I'm very fortunate to have found a genuinely good plumber whom I can trust.

Well, it happened again - a backed-up line and at night, of course. This problem had been occurring more frequently over the last year, and usually, we could access the pipe through a bathroom and use a small rooter we bought to clear it but this time to no effect. After an hour of trying, we decided to call in a professional. We used Yelp to search for "24-hour" plumbers, only to have a few say "Sorry, not tonight!" It was about 10 pm, and not that late, so we kept trying. We finally got ahold of a company that said, "Sure!" The owner, James, asked a few questions and said he could clear for a reasonable fee, based on what we had paid in past for other late-night calls from "national" chains. He arrived within an hour and set to work. He did clear it enough to run the water through but found an obstruction that wasn't giving. He used an optical scope to see what was up and found an obstruction. Because the house did not have a clean-out in front, he offered to come back in a few days and dig up the pipe to clear the obstruction and install a 2-way cleanout. His quote for this was also reasonable, $500 below the estimate from a "national" chain. We agreed he would return, and we went o bed happy to have a working toilet and shower in the morning! Great and professional service, friendly to work with, and went above with the scoping that night. Thanks, James!

James came out on Super Bowl Sunday to help fix my gas line, while many Plummer punted. On top of fixing it James identified the gas meter will leak once he is done, so he was proactive and called pg&e to come out. He finished before the game started. Kudos to plumbing pros!
