1) $300/month is $50 more than any other lot in the neighborhood.
2) When you call Priority, apparently there is only one person there and she is inept.
3) It takes forever for said inept person to call you back.
4) When I finally went to pick up my garage door opener, the bewildered attendant had no idea what I was talking about.
5) I was SO excited to say goodbye to street parking. It has reduced me to tears on more than one occasion. This should have been one of the happier days of my life here in San Francisco, and Priority Parking RUINED it. I would rather spend 45 minutes a day hunting for a space than give these people my business.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Wilfredo R.Novato, CA583Jul 22, 2023

This is the little lot that somehow has a Jackson street address even though you enter on the Columbus side. Anyway, we were at an event at the Purple Onion and came out at 9:45 on a Sunday night to find the gate to the parking lot was closed. There was another man in the same predicament and had already called the Priority Parking number to have the gate opened. When the attendant got there he said he had to charge us $30 to open the gate. At first we thought he was joking and when he got back into his car and threatened to leave we realized he was serious. We split the fee with the other man who was waiting with us. I wouldn't have minded paying it except for these 3 things:
1. The hours of the garage were NOT clearly posted.
2. The guy who came to open the gate was a TOTAL DICK
3. Nowhere (Did I say nowhere? Because I mean NOWHERE was there any indication on ANY SIGN that there was a fee for opening the garage once it had been closed.
Like I said, I wouldn't have minded paying if I was forewarned, the guy hadn't been a complete jackass and the hours were clearly marked. Who closes a garage at 8pm in a major city? Priority Parking at 528 Jackson, that's who. Never again my friends...Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Mike G.Tiburon, CA995416128Aug 25, 2013
One of the only garages in Russian Hill, and I was able to park there for only $8 for the evening. Not bad.
The only downside is they close at 10:30 (on weekdays at least), so if I had wanted to stay at dinner late, I would have been out of luck.
Best parking garage for Seven Hills.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Lawrence C.San Francisco, CA9713411Apr 7, 2011
DO NOT PARK HERE!
Priority parking is unresponsive to repeated requests for refunds for being overcharged. They hire rude employees who threaten customers by holding their cars ransom if you don't pay them their overpriced rates.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lynnie P.Richmond, CA10634942Mar 6, 2008
For a neighborhood that only has 1 hour parking meters, it's kinda difficult to park if you have to be somethere for 2 hours and you don't have time to feed the meter. Getting into a lot that charges $6 for all day is pretty sweet. Yes, I got there for the early bird special, but where else in the city can you get the early bird rate for arriving before 10am?? Nowhere.

Don't park in their lots. I parked at Pier 29 and paid the posted price for a full day. I returned later in the day only to find a ticket on my window.
When we called about the ticket they said it was because we had a full sized vehicle which costs more. There was absolutely nothing about this on the sign in the lot, I have no idea how they classify a vehicle as "full-sized" or not, nor why they feel you should pay more for your spot simply because you use a greater % of the parking space.
The woman we spoke with when we called to question the ticket was verbally abusive, hard to understand and a general B.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Adriana L.Miami, FL13Aug 16, 2014
Don't ever, ever park here. They left early and locked my car with my house keys inside! Nobody answered their "emergency numbers". They suck!!!

I had the same experience as Rob S. While their sign does theoretically say that full size vehicles have to pay more, it's only after you read nearly a paragraph of meaningless information to find it. It is a total scam.
Then because you did not include the extra $10 for full-size they add an additional $25 bucks to the ticket plus the $10.
