When I added that we have water softener, the price was still the same - $165. But a few days before the scheduled service, I got a call from him and even messaged me, he sent his apologies for the confusion back in 2020. He reads all the review here on yelp, and strives for 5 stars. He's quick to correct, improves the service for his company.
We got our filter replaced and water softener back-flushed. As per Jonathan the technician, we didn't need the RO membrane to be replaced since it still has 95% and still looking at 2 more years. He said in our area, expected life of the membrane is 4 yrs not 2 yrs per original advice upon installation from the other tech. Dec 23, 2023Previous reviewWe inquired for a quote on a under the sink water filter system, price quote went up every week, first call was a reasonable price, 2nd time quoted for a difference of $50-70 . I guess depending on your location because I didnt say where we live the first time and just told them that Im shopping around for a best quote. And this was 2 yrs ago, but since we have another system from them, I just decided to go with them, even though price doesn't really make sense, for convenience of calling just one company for our water conditioning and filter system maintenance. Then last year for the twist on cartridge filter sytem replacement, I remember it being costly but I just bought the same ISOTWIST 450 RO and replace them myself. Saved a lot of money. But now this time, RO MEMBRANE needs to be replaced, and I can't handle this alone. Lol! Will have to find out if they'll quote me and stick to the price this time aound.

My husband and I just moved to our new home. We learned about hard water and started to do some research for water softener. We went with PureFlo which uses Puronics as their water softener system and installation. I can't recommend them enough!
We shopped around and they had the best pricing and are very responsive. From scheduling to installation, everything went smoothly. We were lucky to have Justin come out. He explained everything and customer service was A+++.
On top of all that, the set up looked nice and clean! They also have other services and will be our main go to for our tankless water heater maintenance.
If you are in the Dublin area, their water is hard! I would highly recommend this company for your water softener. It's all about quality and longevity!

He's very knowledgeable, professional and personable. It's easy to schedule my annual service through customer service. The communication updates are helpful reminders and to let me know when to schedule a service and when my service tech is on the way. The value for all the above services is more than worth it.

We had a PureFlo water reverse osmosis system installed. The drinking water treatment is triple filtered. Our bath and shower glass enclosure has minimal mineral accumulation. If you maintain weekly cleaning, you'll have no water stains or spurs on your shower glass. The drinking water is crisp and clean tasting.
