It took a little while to get in contact with them to get it scheduled, but they managed to move up the schedule to make up for the delay.
I would definitely use them again.

The problem persisted for nearly a year despite repeated washing of them. No one was able to tell me why. Then Grant came for an inspection and immediately identified the root of the problem: powdery mildew which must be caused by storage of my clothing during the renovation. The storage room was most probably damp and thus fungi developed on my clothes. Grant was very helpful, checked the humidity of my whole apartment, told me how to salvage my "dusty" clothes, and gave me useful tips to keep mildew from resurfacing again. He did all these without charging me a cent, saying that he has done nothing for me. I am extremely grateful, and highly recommend him to anyone who want fast, efficient, professional and excellent service. Thank you Grant!

We had a water damage in one of our rental properties and I called PuroClean to come and look at the job and prepare a report for my insurance company. When first the two people came from the company to look at the job and do an estimate of the damage, I realized that they lack knowledge of how to proceed a water damage claim so I decided to wait for the owner of the company Grant to come back from South Africa. I waited one month for him to come back and send the report to insurance adjuster. When I received a copy of the report I noticed that he provided the adjuster the information of tenants without their permission or my permission. Also the insurance adjuster never asked me for my tenants information. It was a totally a breach of confidentiality. Also when finally my tenants move out temporarily and we were ready to start the job, Grant took off again and went back to South Africa. Very unprofessional.

Thank you for your comments which are always reviewed in order to make us a better business.
As you were aware I was assisting with an immediate family member who was extremely ill, having to travel great distances with very little notice. Sadly they passed away whilst I was travelling to be with them.
The team members you mention above had previously assisted me on a previous claim which you were delighted with, hence you returning to us for further services and why we kept them on your claim.
The final comment regarding your adjuster, you indeed had 2, the first requested the info in order, that if required, they had access to your property to assess the damage. This is pretty standard information. Records of this conversation have been maintained, together with your requests to change the dates of repairs a number of times.
As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. We can't fix the past but you have my personal commitment to improve the way our staff serves every client. We always strive to satisfy our customers and maintain an excellent level of service.
