Apparently not every repair technician is well versed in LG appliances and how to fix them. Sergey at Quality Appliance knew exactly what the issue was with my LG dishwasher, ordered the new part that was needed, and came back to fix it within a few days.

Sergey was awesome. Very knowledgeable and kind. He fixed our washer/dryer, refrigerator and our dishwasher. The dishwasher was a difficult problem to diagnose and he was very thorough in trying a number of fixes and stuck with it until til it was complete. Highly recommended.

Very professional. Aaron showed up on time, did the job and my dishwasher is working again. I'm quite satisfied with the process and Aaron's professionalism. It's only been a day or so but assuming the fix does the trick then it's a job well done. It's pricier than I had hoped but they responded quickly, arrived on time, did the job right, and worked cleanly.

Up front, I'm giving Quality Appliance Repair five stars, and I'm giving myself one star for not writing this review WAY earlier. You know how some people say "my mechanic" when they have an auto shop they trust and like. These guys are "my" appliance guys. As much as it sucks to have an appliance go out, and to tell the truth I'd prefer to never have a reason to call them, I am nevertheless glad when they arrive. It means I'm going to get qualified technicians doing their level best to solve whatever problem I'm facing.

Dishwasher not starting up? Diagnosed and fixed. And... while fixing it, Sergey had the insight to ask me whether it was cleaning efficiently. In fact, it had not been performing as well as it had in the past. He suspected something else, so two fixes were rolled into one visit.

Oven completely failing after a power surge? Diagnosed and fixed.

Ignition failing on the range? Fixed

Fridge/freezer stops doing its job, but slowly over a period of weeks? Full diagnosis and an offer to rebuild the closed gas system. Price was fair for the amount of labor that would eventually be required, so I opted against that, but the value of the visit was their recommendation for which brands and features are more resilient.

Above all, however, is the fact that every time they've been out over the several years I've used their services, I get a full explanation of what's going wrong, and a doggedly determined attitude and commitment to solving the problem at hand. While it's a pain in the ass to have an appliance go out, I'm happy to have the chance to support a business like this one.

**SERGEY FROM QUALITY APPLIANCE REPAIR IS A FIX-IT ROCK STAR.** This is the second time I've used Quality Appliance Repair, the first time was for a Miele dishwasher repair, and the second time for a Maytag Magic Chef stovetop. They responded to my requests for my appointments immediately. Sergey came both times--lucky me!!--and the first time, he correctly diagnosed and fixed a sensor on the dishwasher, and the second time, he fixed a crossed-wire connection on the stovetop. Both times he was so efficient and quick in diagnosing and fixing the problem, all I had to pay was the initial consultation fee!! SO AWESOME. Don't call anyone else, Quality Appliance is the **BEST!!!!**

I found the overall service to be excellent. The communication was especially good as far as scheduling, follow up and explanation of what was required to fix our dishwasher. Our technician, Tim, was very thorough and took his time to thoroughly diagnose the problem. After ordering the parts, he scheduled a time which was convenient for us and arrived on time for the repair. At all times he was courteous and professional.

I've learned to read between the lines, especially with dissatisfied customer reviews and how the business responds (or doesn't respond) to negative reviews. Having had various repairs made in our home during the years, I found Quality Appliance Repair to be among the best that we've had the pleasure of working with and would highly recommend them.

Oleg is a true professional. My dishwasher started leaking and I reached out to Oleg via yelp messages. He responded within under 30 mins with immediate availability. Andrey showed up to the appt within his 2 hours window and diagnosed the problem. I needed a new part that they ordered within a day and replaced it for me at time convenient to me.

Now I am no longer washing my own dishes thanks for Oleg and Andrey. (!)

Sergey is a very professional, classy guy who explained why our dishwasher wasn't working, that the computer board is no longer manufactured, that he can fix it, but the expense will likely be too prohibitive to justify doing so, so that it will be better to buy a new one.

At the same appointment, he diagnosed why our refrigerator wasn't keeping a low enough temperature (even though it had ice build-up) and was leaking water every day, as well as why the ice maker no longer worked. He scheduled a followup appointment--we needed to shut it off for 24 hours so the ice buildup could melt, and so he had the time to have a part shipped overnight. It now runs like it we just purchased it new.

Before he left, he told us to call anytime--though he hopes we won't need to for many years. Furthermore, he arrives well within the two-hour appointment time. Great guy!
