Finding a good plumber at reasonable prices has been hard, glad to finally get Mootasem and Quick-Way Plumbing.

Mootasem came in and quickly took care of some long-standing problems. Fixed both small and larger problems, at a very reasonable cost. I will be calling him again for future plumbing issues.

Intelligent, knowledgeable, problem-solver. The installation of the main water line valve in particular was not an easy installation as it had to feed both the irrigation system and the main line.

Installations - September 2023:

sump pump float - installed auxiliary float for pump with non-working float. excavated space to ensure the pump and float were further down.

toilet fill valve and flapper replacement including flapper float.

PRV installation main water line - installled a shutoff valve with a PRV to reduce pressure from 90 PSI to 65 PSI. This was complicated by additional check valve needed for the automated irrigation.

Replacement of faulty irrigation siphon valve

Where is the 6-star button? Mo deserves the highest praise for the work he did on our home.

We reached out to Mo about issues with our hot water heater around 5pm on a weekday. Within a half hour he had a team at our home and was working with us on a plan - he helped us figure out the best way to not only replace, but upgrade to a tankless system that fit our needs better. He also identified a need for updated gas piping, and without hesitation, helped us get it set up as part of the job.

Mo's goal was to ensure that we could have hot water again that same day. Throughout the process, He was very professional and patient with us along the way. He not only answered my questions (as someone who doesn't know anything about plumbing) and was very polite with my dad, who is a bit of a DIYer.

The job took around 5.5 hours for a same day call, and pricing was extremely reasonable for the scope of work. And yes, we did have hot water again at the end. Overall we recommend Mo to anyone with plumbing needs and would entrust him with any future work.

Scope of work:

- Remove failed water heater
- Replace with tankless water heating system and professional grade fittings (new hot/cold water line, shut off valve)
- Implement 3/4" gas line for new system (new t-pipe above gas meter, shut-off valve at start & finish of line, strapping)
- QA new system + gas line
- Dealing with my dad

The business scheduled a major plumbing job and I did lots of arrangement to accommodate them to start the job and they stopped answering my phone and text. It's very strange and this happened before. They don't understand the basics of business. If you work with them, they may ghost you!! They gave me an estimate one time and then they said we are changing the name of business and scheduled a few other estimate times and they rescheduled them until this time which they didn't even show up and didn't answer to any call or text message.

How can you schedule to come to do a major plumbing job by the city code and not show up and not even respond to text and phone call. This was a job under permit so everything must have been done up to the code. I directly talked with the business owner not a technician. They don't even take responsibility to apologize!

Amazing. After trying to fix our issue for months, being quoted much higher $, this guys comes, on time, polite and smiling. He obviously loves his job, fixes it well and charges right. Saved in my phonebook and first to call in future. Highly recommended.

On a sunday morning our toilet in the master bathroom started over flowing, we started calling companies around us and they were booked for emergencies. And they offered to book an appointment for monday but i needed an immediate help since it was an emergency.

Luckily I contacted Tact plumbing and they answered right away, they advised to stop using the drains until the technician arrives.

After 20 minutes arrived Mo the plumber, he was fully equipped to handle this toilet problem, he was nice and even put on shoe covers and gloves from the start, he walked us through the whole issue ,

Mo needed to remove the toilet and clear the blockage, he Snaked the toilet with a motor snake and was able to drain the sewage water, reinstalled the toilet and cleaned the bathroom,

After he advised us to install a Sewer clean out infront of the house to get an easier access to the sewer line, which eventually we hired him to do the job two days after,

From start to finish he provided great honesty and workmanship, would highly recommend Mo for any plumbing problems, Thank you Mo!

We called Mo for a water heater leak late at night, and he arrived 30min after , we called 5 companies and they wanted to schedule us for two days.

Mo arrived and diagnosed the problem and in the morning had a water heater replacement, Installed the water heater for a great price.

Professional, fast and reasonable! Mo is amazing and has helped us out in the past. He installed a new garbage disposal and fixed an Outdoor drain pipe that had a leak. We will continue to call Mo and Tact plumbing for all my plumbing needs!

A really nice guy came by called Mo and did an assessment for several issues we had within 25 minutes of me looking for a plumber. He answered all our questions. Fixed a couple of things and refused to take any cash for his troubles. We will definitely be using them as our plumbers. I am really impressed at how quick and knowledgeable they are.
