Have used Rauf for the past couple of years for various things - my oven, washer and dryer. Always very responsive and honest with his work and diligent when I reach out. Even on weekends. He is knowledgeable about all brands and will explain things thoroughly.

This is the second time using this company for repairs. My freezer was not working properly so I contacted Rapid Solutions. Even with his busy schedule, Rauf the owner was able to provide me with an appointment that same day. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor. He had the part on hand and was able to fix the problem. Quick and easy!! Thank you soo much for taking the time out of your busy day. Rauf is very fast at a response. If he himself or his partner come out that they they will.

He came to my home two separate times to figure out what wrong with my dishwasher.

The first time, my family had actually installed the dispenser wrong and had created a leak/blockage of the dishwasher fluid from draining. He figured it out fast.

The second time, we were experiencing a leak from the front of our dishwasher. Turns out we were using the wrong soap. To get to the conclusion they had to come back twice, even though it was a silly request. They followed through.

For quick, non nonsense service this is a definitely a good business to go to.

He came out to fix our fridge and recommended that we first call LG to see if it was covered under warranty before going forward with having him do the repair. Recommended to my mom to use today when her stove went out. They came out same day and my mom said they were very nice! Fixed the problem with her stove at a reasonable price. Will definitely keep recommending.
