Redwire HVAC

Our thermostat stopped working last week. We called a few HVAC shops and only Redwire HVAC promised the same day diagnosis with a reasonable quote.

Alan came on time around 6pm and quickly identified issues and fixed the broken A/C transformer. He patiently explained what went wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. After the A/C came back, he even kindly helped us check a failed lightbulb socket free of charge.

We are very happy with hiring Redwire to fix the issue and had Alan here. In case we have other HVAC issues (I hope not though) in the future, we will surely call Redwire agIan.

I was so happy to have Alan look at our cooling system and help figure out what was not working.

Our system was incorrectly installed and we needed Freon for the AC. The control board wiring was fixed and the AC turns on and off now. He also gave advice on the right kind of filters for our HVAC system.

Importantly, he detected a gas leak and I called PGE immediately. He informed the PGE technician of the issue and I'm grateful our home is safe and cooler!

Alan came by on short notice to fix our A/C. It was a few days before a head wave so we really needed high quality support urgently. He fixed everything and did some troubleshooting on the wiring inside the house to optimize the system. And he didn't charge me for it!

Definitely going to use them again in the future (although I hope we don't need to).

Redwire was very responsive. Jenna made it super easy to schedule and the rates to diagnose the problem were very competitive and refundable if we did the job with them.

Alan came to diagnose our AC problem. He was right in time - in fact slightly early. Alan is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem, had the part and installed it very quickly. He also found that the original installer of our HVAC wired something wrong and fixed that for free. In addition to a great job, he had good advice for how to maximize the performance or our system and maintain it. I couldn't recommend Alan and Redwire more.

I contacted Redwire for an emergency AC repair. They were prompt are responding, but could not provide a same day slot. So, proceeded to get it repaired by another company. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the appointment with Redwire. I would like to put in a good word for Redwire, because they did not charge me for this oversight.

I have had a very frustrating experience so far as RedWire has been unresponsive to my warranty company after the initial service call. The technician diagnosed the problem as he was supposed to, but also completely disabled the a/c unit "until the repair has been approved." I have 2 infants and one of them is 6 months old and it's the middle of summer..

My warranty company has reached out on multiple occasions requesting a diagnosis report so that they can approve funding. They are not being called back or responded to via email. I am urging them to push this to their escalations team so that we can make a decision on working with another provider or not.

Alan was great, very transparent and responsive. Showed up on time and was very thorough in his explanations. Highly recommend!

Alan did a great job on the diagnostic service. He was very informative and clearly explained how our system works to us. I especially liked that he said we could replace our old system with a newer, more efficient system, but made it clear that our current system was working fine and that the upgrade would only be necessary if we wanted to lower our monthly bills or if something broke. He also showed us how to replace the furnace filters. We will definitely be happy to work with him when the time comes to upgrade our system.

I had a fantastic experience for my AC leakage repair. Their technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained the repair process clearly. The work was completed promptly and efficiently, and my AC is now running perfectly!

2. The price for the inspection and the fixing of our broken dryer was VERY reasonable
3. The technician, Alan, was great in communication, service and even came on a Sunday.
4. Adam, followed up with me and made sure we were happy.

Also, when Alan was at my home, he finished very quickly, took photographs of the before and after and showed my wife the work that was done. Also, he was VERY respectful to my wife since I was not home at the time. I am VERY please with their high level of customer service and if you are looking for someone to fix your HVAC needs, please give them a call.
