Rey's Air Solution

"Jesus saves, for real," is what my sister said about Mr. Castro coming on a Sunday to fix my AC during a 111F day.

My air conditioner broke on September 6, 2020 -- a Sunday before a Monday holiday, in the middle of the heat wave. I contacted 7 different businesses on Yelp and by phone. Rey's Air Solution was the first to reply, and within 6 minutes. Mr. Jesus Castro said he might be able to come today (the same day), but otherwise he could come on Wednesday (3 days later). I made an appointment and hoped for the best. In 3 hours, I received a call saying that he could come in 20 minutes. He arrived on time, with his mask on (because of COVID). He asked me what the problem was, and I told him. We walked to the backyard, and he got started right away. He told me how the capacitor needed to be replaced, showing me how the part was bowed and there was no voltage on the meter. He also took the water hose in the backyard to cool off the motor, which he explained overheated and shutdown as a built-in mechanism. After 30 minutes of his repair work, the air conditioner started back up. The cost was reasonable. He was also very nice, and I appreciated him explaining his activities to me. I told him I read 5-star reviews about his company on Yelp and in community Facebook groups. He seemed very dedicated to providing good customer service, which is also reflected in his military career.

I'm a talker, so while we were wrapping up with the invoice and check, I mentioned to him that Yelp said he was a veteran, and I asked him what branch. He replied that he was in the Marines. I asked where he was deployed and based on his response, I joked he went to all the hot, desert countries so is used to the heat! I also asked about the company name, knowing it meant "King". He said he named it after his 7-year old son, which I found very sweet.

Please note, 2 of the other 6 companies I contacted replied hours later, and with no same day availability. And 1 was after the AC was fixed.

Update: About an hour he left, we asked for him to return to check the air flow because the thermostat was still reading warmer than usual. He kindly came back and checked the temperature in the air vents and added coolant. No additional charge. He also discussed potential upgrade options if we have problems in the future. Thanks, again!

Tony M came out to discuss some HVAC problems we'd been having and he knocked it out of the park. Provided TONS of great information, and helped me re-evaluate some of the information that other companies have provided.

Can't comment on their work, but customer service from the initial discussion has been outstanding and I definitely wanted to comment on the situation as everyone else in the industry seems to be chasing after profit rather than value. Really happy with my interaction at this point.

Our HVAC unit went out and we got a few quotes. Reys was our choice (not the cheapest but I would say a fair price). Eric was very thorough and explained everything clearly. He also provided the quote on time and that helped us make our decision fairly quickly.

The install went great. The team did a great job and everything looked perfect. Inspection went well as well.

It's been about 2-3 months since the install and the AC feels great. I would highly recommend these folks for your HVAC services. Thanks again!

Lots of detailed information! Lots of pictures to show the work they've done. Not only did they check my AC unit, but also went upstairs to the attic and checked my heater.

If I am not mistaken, 226 of 228 reviews for Rey's Air Solution are not only 5 Stars but come with glowing comments. Now 227. I was shocked that any company, regardless of industry, could maintain this level of customer experience and satisfaction. Not going to give a long story. Just a couple of descriptors. Fair, upfront and honest, reliable, and have excellent communication skills all through their system.

Adrian provided really superior service that I don't think anyone else could come close to. He was extremely thorough and explained everything to us in detail. His pictures of our system showed us exactly what was going on. And the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

I have been using Rey's air going on 3 years. They are very honest. They even fixed a loose air duct for me at no charge. I am pleased to join their membership. Which offers more savings. I really like that they are not pushy about a membership. They are alway on time. Professional. Polite. I have referred a couple of my neighbors to them. They too are pleased with the service.

Had a great experience with Rey's earlier this summer. I love my new HVAC and I'm so thankful I did it before the July heat wave. From sales to installation everything went completely smoothly and everyone was very nice to work with.

My house was built in 2004. I called Rey's Air solution to have my unit serviced. Tony was the tech that came out. Super nice guy, extremely knowledgeable with years of experience behind him. he explained everything that he was doing in detail and also explained that my system was leaking coolant and my compressor had gone bad. They were very timely, friendly and highly knowledgeable about their craft. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent! The time spent evaluating what actually needed to be done (with no upselling pressure ) was above and beyond my expectations. The service rep (Jesus) was so helpful and knowledgeable and took his time to make sure everything worked ! So tough to find service of this quality. I needed a new A/C unit 3 years ago and am so thankful I hired Rey's Air to do the install. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and the install went very smoothly. They were even able to enlarge the filter space. I asked if they could do that because I'd heard that my filter was smaller than it should be from a neighbor. To top it all off, they offered a payment plan at no interest! I have recommended them at least 3 times.
