5508281278Jul 3, 20241 check-inTesla said it was time to rotate my Model Y's tires and that the rear passenger tire was well below the recommended PSI.
I called Richmond Tire (thank you to previous reviewers who rated it well) to estimate cost and see about availability. They provided a cost estimate of $30 for a rotation and $20 for a tire patch, assuming I paid cash. They also welcomed me to drive up at my convenience. I couldn't determine if they took appointments.
They, indeed, could get rotations done in about 15 minutes and a patch completed within 30 minutes of beginning the service. They, indeed, found a threaded bolt in the suspected tire and got it patched.
There's a small covered but outdoor waiting area as well as an outdoor bench for customers to wait. Given it's a (2024) Fourth of July heatwave, I tried to hide from the sun as much as possible. So thankful I brought a hat!
Yes, $50 for the total appointment, paid in cash.
5 minutes waiting time to be seen and out within a half hour.
Would recommend to others.

Although quick it made my day because of how at ease I felt leaving after that issue. Definitely recommend........

This shop is the ultimate Tire Doctor drive thru! Get in and get out quickly! FOR REAL. Park your car, tell them your need, and then one of the team guys will start working on your car. You will be out of there stress free in less than 15 minutes! They're that quick! It seems like the problem is fixed in a blink of an eye.
Whenever I am in need of a used tire due to a flat or a tire needing a patch, I know that when I call or go here that I will be taken care of. Talk to KALANI! He's the one to ask qs and provide solutions.
Words that come to mind when I think of this place is: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, RESPONSIVE, DEPENDABLE, QUICK, AND AFFORDABLE. *Affordable yet a good product!
For all your tire needs, quit looking at other places and call them! They open at 8AM!

I've been coming here multiple times and they always treat me so well here and they get the job done quick! These other reviews about everyone saying you'll be out of here within 15 minutes. It's true. These guys are something else it's pure amazing. I will always come here.

I was able to drive get air back in and make it to Richmond Tire. They are the best especially when situations like this they are my true hero! A hidden gem and nice workers. So Yelp helped me find this awesome place. Their setup is not like the big box store however, excellent customer service and they swap out my low profiles is minutes. It is like a formula pit stop. They know exactly what they are doing and affordable as well. This is now my to go to tire shop.
2018! It's that time a year and I cannot day enough good things about this place. They are faster then American Tires when I had an emergency repair last year. America tire took 3 hours and Richmond Tire told 15mins with wait. Excellent service and speed. These guys are awesome! Came by and got a gently used tired and they patched my other one for under $100 and I was in and out in like 20 minutes. Come support Richmond!
