Had a screw in my tire and was late for an appointment. I called Big O and the Manager said "yeah bring it in". I got there and waited in line for 10 minutes before the same Manager told me "it will be a 2 hour wait".

I shot down the street and found Tire Sales & Service. It is not a great looking place and It seems rather commercial. BUT I was instantly greeted by Shahid the Manager and he realized that the tire service was all I needed. He directed one of his guys to start right away and $10 and 10 minutes I was out of there! That guy was very polite and handled my Cadillac with care.

While I was there I watched how they worked with every client and it was with patience and understanding that most folks do not know this business of tires and wheels. A guy came in with a torn up wheel and the explained that he needed to have it welded somewhere before they could try to put a tire on.

My tire took a plug just fine. Tire plugs are not guaranteed. Sometimes the tire is ripped and the air will escape eventually. Mine has held up fine. And when i need tires I will definitely give this shop a try.

Brought the car in to patch a tire. They removed the spare, patched the punctured one, put it back on , checked the pressure in about 5 min, for $10. Will come back.

Fast service and affordable. Will be coming back if I need tire service. A bit out of the way for me but if I'm in Berkeley I'll be back for another repair.

I had a nail in my tire so I drove in ASAP and they patched my tire very quickly and for a reasonable price. They were kind, fair, and didn't take advantage of me during a desperate situation.

I came back during another time when my tire pressure was low and although busy with paying customers, they made sure I was taken care of and checked all of my tires.

I had a wonderful experience and recommend them for any tire needs!

service was quick and fast out the door the price is the same if paying cash or card I paid 440 for four new tires they allowed me to keep one of my old tires that wasn't too bad and gave a quick break overview/check

it was much faster than waiting around on costco .. I had a flat and need the rest of my tires changed i didn't have time to wait for tires to be ordered and to wait for an appointment

The owner walked away from me and refused service during business hours.
I stopped by on a Saturday in advance to let them know that I was going to return 15 minutes prior to their listed closing time and I was a few blocks away getting the vehicle that needed a tire. When I returned on time with 15 to spare on closing time, I was refused service.
All staff were there - roll up doors open and pumps running with no other customers waiting.
They closed down as I stood there in disbelief and with a bad tire in need of their service and product.
Pathetic ownership here!

I stopped by there today to see about getting an alignment done. I had purchased my tires there two years ago. Leo was extremely helpful and after talking with him, I realized I needed to replace my tires. I drive a lot for work and needed new tires before they could do the alignment,

Leo realized that there was something going on with the rack and pinion steering and declined doing the alignment until I get that issue fixed. This showed me that Leo and company have integrity with their honesty. I recommend this business for tire needs.

I booked an appointment with my mechanic for next week and I will bring my car back to get the alignment done after the repair.

Today we had a very great experience here!!
Last night we had a flat tire, so this morning we called the shop to confirm that they had the right tire size in stock. And they did, so we got here 10 minutes later and they started working to replace our tire right away! We were in and out of there in ~less than 10 mins!!!
I had never been to a tire shop that replaced our tires so quickly!! I highly recommend coming here and will definitely come back!

Let me share the horrible experience I just went thru. I went to replace a tire at this tire shop and was given a quote over the phone and told they had my tire size. When I arrived, they confirmed they had the tire for my car and changed the tire. Once it was time to pay, the worker was quoting me $30 higher than the quote given over the phone for the same tire. Once I made a mentioned this, receptionist explained he was mistaken, but couldn't explain why I was being overcharged. It does NOT end here.

Today I had to take my car to an auto mechanic because of a noise it was making & also driving differently. My car is 4 matic all wheel drive and only ever services in the dealer. It is a luxury car. Turns out I was sold a completely different tire that DOES NOT GO WITH MY CAR and was driving around without knowing this. Mechanic immediately urged me to replace the tire and to return to the dealer to assess for damage after (as this can cause damage to the transmission & engine). When I went to the shop with the purchase receipt and asked to speak to the Owner, he accused me and said I 1.lied because the tire looked brand new. I had original receipt of purchase. I didn't care about the money or tire I cared about them knowing they had damaged my vehicle due to their error and Owner just said tire wasn't purchased there and it looked new. Makes no sense. I was insulted and humiliated after purchasing multiple tires from here in the past I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone again. Unprofessional. Very rude and zero customer service. Owner is so disrespectful! Do not go thru this. I pride my self in caring for my car and I made a huge mistake by coming to this careless

Great service, good people great labor prices and they do quality work. Everybody knowing business your best customer is a repeated customer. This is my first time here and I'll be back again with my Yukon Denali..

I expected this to be complicated and annoying, and it was not. He repaired my tire right in front of me, for 10 bucks. It was like a miracle (I have been having a rough time since that tire started leaking).
