I highly recommend Rush Air Mechanical! Quick service! Honest estimate, I was sure my compressor was broken, Alex tested and diagnosed. It was a bad capacitor. He could have been dishonest, and I probably would have paid to replace the unit. Instead, my air conditioner was back on for just the cost of a new capacitor. Air conditioning back on, happy wife happy life.

Issue: Our gas furnace turned on, but no air was being pushed into the house. I called around and was hoping someone would respond within a few days. After day 4, I decided to call Rush Air Mechanical. Thankfully, Alex answered. I sent him pics and described the issue, and he made an appointment to come out the next day.

On the day of our appointment, Alex arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and gave us quotes. We then set up another appointment to replace the furnace the next day. The furnace we chose to go with was in stock at the time, so there were no delays.

Now we have heat, thanks to Alex and his team! From the day I called Alex to the day of the replacement, it took less time than when I was waiting for local companies to call me back. Excellent service all around! We highly recommend Rush Air Mechanical!

While I didn't use Aleks for my heating repair due to the brand of heater my home had, he was extremely courteous and helpful running through some diagnostics over the phone/text. If you ever have a heating repair job, I'd recommend starting with Aleks - professional, helpful and honest.

Our heating system randomly stopped working after we changed the batteries in our thermostat. I tried all the tricks I could find on Google but nothing worked. It was really cold outside! I called Rush Air Mechanical and received a call back quickly. I was not able to answer at that moment, but a few minutes later, Alex texted me. We subsequently communicated via text and via phone. I sent him pictures and videos, and he tried to help me figure things out. When this wasn't possible, he came over within an hour! He got the system working within 15 minutes. Even though he had had driven over, just to evaluate my heater and taken time out of his day, he didn't even charge me. I am so appreciative for this, and will definitely contact this company again if we have heater issues in the future. Thank you Alex!

It's rare you find a company/service with a solid five stars and you don't become skeptical. Obviously there is no way a company can really be THAT good right? Well I am glad to share that is indeed the case with Rush Air.

I just recently moved into a condo and wanted to treat myself to those cool and semi unnecessary smart thermostats that enable me to live my best lazy life. Thanks to the pandemic, I too was bit by the "DIY Bug" and have certified myself for any minor repair around the house; I had met my match when it came time to install an Ecobee Thermostat. I purchased the. thermostat BEFORE checking the wires of the current dumb thermostat.... I did not have the dreaded C-wire, so I called around for some quotes.


The first highly regarded company I contacted came out for a $89 diagnostic fee (although I clearly explained the situation) just to tell me "yeah you're going to need a C-wire and that is going to require opening some walls and patch work... and oh yeah it'll be about $1200"


Company #2: Came out for a fee initially (but the tech didn't charge me) and said that it would be pricey to run a C-wire to the unit and I would need to get an electrician to bundle the wires, patch, etc, etc. They actually recommended that I "get a fancy battery powered thermostat."

Company #3: Rush Air: I contacted Rush Air and explained my situation, Alex text me back asking for pics of the thermostat and the location of the furnace. He replied that he would have to move the thermostat and put it closer to the furnace and provided me a reasonable quote. I thought to myself "there is no way in hell this is as simple as this guy is making it seem, I just had two BIG named companies come out and they made it seem like they would have to to perform surgery to get this to work. So I told Alex "I'll think about it."

So there I was feeling defeated and desperate because I had just purchased a $200 thermostat off Craigslist (no return possible). About a week went by and I got a text from Alex circling back about the thermostat. Luckily my contractor was at the condo so I ran Alex's suggested method by him and he said "That's f*cking genius! it makes the most sense, I am surprised the other companies didn't suggest that." So I quickly booked with Alex.

I am fortunate to have found Rush Air, and I am glad things worked out the way it did. Alex was like a ninja, in and out with precision. i went to Home Depot and he was gone before I returned. My contractor said "whoever taught this guy is a master of their craft" I highly recommend Rush Air for multiple reasons: Responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, fair pricing and efficiency. I am so happy with the service and solution provided by Alex.

I had an angry heater that got partially flooded. Alex was kind enough to review my situation by phone and video and resolve the issue safely! He was quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you Alex for getting my heat back late on a Friday!

Alex is great and honest and speaks in non technical terms which I appreciate. We had a problem on Christmas and Alex called and walked me through the diagnosis and simple DIY fix. A rare breed and we are grateful!!

Had long-standing trouble with a furnace that multiple folks could not fix. Alex showed up same day I called, diagnosed the problem (faulty thermostat), and installed a modern Nest controller on the spot that has worked very well since. I was impressed by Alex's honest and transparency eg, once he diagnosed problem, he suggested I instead consider installing new thermostat myself to save money. Outstanding service and advice all-round!
