RYE Limousine & Transportation

This is a long overdue review for RYE. I have been using their services for the past two months and have been extremely pleased. Their cars are clean, newer and in great condition. There is always water, magazines and mints in the car. Their drivers are extremely polite, professional and safe and a shout out to their dispatcher, Heidi! 99% of the dispatchers are difficult to communicate with and it causes major confusion specially at critical times but not in their case, Heidi has always been on point and easy to communicate with. Case in point, last week while I was out of town, my wife needed to go see a doctor but was not comfortable driving in her condition. One text to Heidi and within 10 minutes a car was outside waiting for her with directions to the clinic.
The car always arrives 15 minutes early and they have always had a car and driver available despite how late at times I have called them. Oops!
I am a traveling consultant and i need a reliable airline (Thank you Delta for covering that), a reliable hotel (SPG!) and a reliable car service and RYE fits that perfectly. I highly recommend giving them a chance and I'm sure you won't be disappointed! Keep up the good work guys!

Okay, just got back from the most amazing night! Just had to update ASAP on the full experience.

These guys are professional with AMAZING service!! Started off with a call from our wonderful driver STIVE when he was departing to let us know he'd be on time, and he was actually 15 early!

He rolled up in BEAUTIFUL white stretch Hummer... seriously this car is in perfect condition every glass was glistening and relflecting the gorgous led lights. they had even packed it with champagne and beverages for us, it was a total surprise!

The birthday girl was over the moon and the whole group felt so special. Stive was so professional and so considerate. He walked us through the setup of the music and got the cord set up for playing from our phones! He drove smoothly and despite a big accident on the 280 he got us in on time!

He was prompt when I texted for pick up and made sure we safely got home.

We were all floored by the immaculate car, the sweeetest driver, and the cherry on top drinks and personal touches of amazing customer service!! If you need a dream ride with the nicest, most helpful, and experienced folks, call and ask to speak to Donna and Heidi and make sure they book you for a ride with Stive!

Let me start by saying that from my previous experiences, I was not a huge fan of Limousine services.
RYE has definitely changed my mind. I initially called and booked their services for a Wine tasting trip. Heidi (Office Manager) was very professional and helpful.
Our driver Yasar made the drive smooth and was super friendly. There wasn't any hidden unexpected fee's so I'm a loyal customer now.

Graceful! That is the word I feel I must use. Everything was so well handled that even in the midst of confusion and a hot mess, I never ONCE worried about RYE Limousine inc. They were amazing.

I called to book a birthday limousine - 5 hrs, 9pm to 2am, 10 passenger limo. This was a surprise for the birthday girl. The limo would meet us at 9pm at the restaurant, drive us into SF Marina district for some bar hopping, and then safely deposit us back home. They did this PERFECTLY and so much more.

Some of the complaints you might hear about those OTHER limo services are that they overcharge or have hidden fees, that they don't know where they are going, aren't nice, or have gross cars. NONE of these are true with RYE Limousine inc.

They are very reasonably priced. Flat rate of $450 dollars for 5 hrs (EVERYTHING INCLUDED). Every time I called, Heidi always picked up the phone and addressed all of my concerns and questions with a politeness you don't find in the transportation industry these days. He made sure to explain everything about the service and would make sure I felt completely comfortable before I agreed to anything. Every time there was a change, he would send me a new confirmation document to my email and was never impatient with me. He agreed to give us two bottles of champagne and the limo would be stocked with soda, water, and ice.

On to the night! I was really anxious because it was a surprise and I wanted to make sure the night was a success. So much depended on the driver and limo. At 9pm sharp, I am not joking people, the moment I saw it was 9pm I simultaneously saw a limo roll up in front of the restaurant. I walked outside and introduced myself to Tag. What a FANTASTIC driver. I truly do have to suspend my belief for how good he is. He's been doing this for 12 years and his experience was crucial. He greeted me warmly and showed me how to work their music system and gave me a tour of the bar. He opened the trunk and showed me the chilled champagne ready to go, explaining there was one chilling in the bar already and one extra. He also grabbed an aux cable for me so I could hook my phone to the music system.

I brought the birthday girl out with eyes closed and the surprise was amazing. She loved it. Tag opened the door and helped all the ladies into the car. He then handed me the second champagne bottle and his card with his cell phone number. Our drive was seamless. The limo was clean and very nice. Lights/neon, glasses (not plastic cups), napkins, good speakers, and a working moonroof. They had even stocked the bar with some beer! We arrived at our first stop and he told me to text us if we wanted to go somewhere else and he would come immediately.

After about an hour, I texted him that we were ready to go to the next bar and IMMEDIATELY I got a text from him saying that he was on his way. Moments later, we walked outside and Tag was pulling up to the door. He was double parked but made sure that the rear door was in between the parked cars so it was easy to open and easy for people to get in. Greatness is in the details!!

The true test was when we had a drunk birthday girl. Instead of being impatient and angry with us, he was a SUPERSTAR. When we asked him if he had a bag (just in case), he flew to the trunk, grabbed the ice bag and dumped the remaining ice out and gave it to us. He even helped us walk our friend to the car and was nice the entire time! When we got back home, he thanked us and made sure we were okay before driving the rest of the party home. Absolutely amazing. They truly make you feel like they care and that they are going to take care of you.

Where to begin! I called them a month before my wedding (cutting it a little close) and they were more than helpful! Heidi was so helpful and willing to make everything work for me! We emailed back and forth a few times and she even called to make sure everything was as planned. They are one of the only people who charge from when they pick up and don't charge for travel time! We rented them for 2 pm-11 pm and they shuttled our guests back and forth from the hotel to the venue (again not a lot of places will do this). The limo was beautiful was even stocked with goodies! I would recommend them to anyone!

I live halfway across the country from RYE Limousine (in Calif) but thanks to Yelp and the reviewers I found RYE. I used RYE to pick up my mother and five of her friends for her 80th birthday for a dinner reservation nearby. You can imagine my concerns, but Heidi assured me they would take care of everything and that my mother and her gang would be well taken care of. Due to traffic the limo was a few minutes late but called to let everyone know, even called the restaurant to hold the reservation. My mother exclaimed how polite, professional and attentive the driver was. These ol' gals thought they were going to the Academy Awards thanks to RYE. Thank you Heidi and RYE for a successful celebration!

I never booked a limo before, and I volunteered for the task to find a limo for our daughter & her 19 friends for their senior ball. After reading several reviews on several limo sites, I decided to give RYE Limousine a call. From the start, Heidi & Yashar walked me through the process, being very professional the whole time. Emails I fired at them with all my questions/concerns were immediately answered. Their price seem to fall in line with the other sites I visited.

Then, the evening of the dance, the limo (a Hummer) showed up on time. The vehicle was impressive - big & white on the outside, and wild on the inside - the kids were thrilled. The driver, took charge immediately, which thrilled the parents! Pictures were taken, the kids tucked into the vehicle and off they went in their white chariot to the dance.

After my experience, I have to say that 20 families were VERY happy, for RYE Limousine not only did a great job of taking our precious children to the dance, they brought them home safely too. Thanks guys!!!!

I have been with Rye Limo since they began and I've never had a better car service. Professional, courteous and always early for scheduled pick up. Heidi is absolutely best dispatcher out there. I feel like they treat me like family. Recommend highly.
