Please exercise caution with this company. I was rerouted away from Denver due to the Blizzard on March 13-14. I had to stay at a SFO airport motel on March 14th. I took a SF Super Cab at the airport and thought they had been vetted by a regulatory agency as cabs were lined up at the airport cab stand. After going 2 miles, the driver arrived at the motel and ordered me to pay $20.00 as his meter was broken. I talked him down after I threatened to complain to the company. Very unprofessional.

We arrived at SFO on June 19 around 11:30 a.m. for a weeklong vacation. I mention this in case the driver can figure out that it was he who helped us in the following situation:

Outside the United terminal, we caught a white and red cab (a car, not a minivan). We paid no attention to the name of the company or the cab number ( we were tired and inattentive, bad combination). The driver brought us to our Holladay Street lodging in the Mission, and we got out, planning to wait on the street until our check-in time (we were about 45 minutes early). We paid in cash. Mistake #2.

Suitcases on the sidewalk, we waved the cab off. One of us (I don't want to point fingers) suddenly cried out "My bag!" Sure enough-- a computer bag left in the back seat of the cab. The bag had... well, everything important in it, as documents, money, and laptops go.

Chased the cab-- uphill-- couldn't catch it, and it vanished. At a loss, we tried calling the 311 "I left something in a cab" line. The very nice operator helped us try to figure out, from what we recalled, what company the cab might have represented. It seemed our vacation might be wrecked. As we couldn't get into the apartment yet, we stood on the sidewalk (our suitcases perpetually rolling down the hill; us, chasing them and dragging them back) not knowing what to do. This was a miserable little scene of regret and despair.

Suddenly, the cab turns the corner (it had been gone about 30 minutes) and the driver pulls up. His newest customer had found our bag, and he'd driven it all the way back to us. I'm afraid that I hugged the driver without asking him if I could. We were on the edge of tears, and even though I stared at the cab number and company, I still didn't register it-- I wasn't tracking.

I'm so sorry I didn't get his name or the cab number. We have not stopped feeling grateful for his kindness in coming back, and I just wish I'd confirmed who he was. Almost 100% positive the words Super Cab were on the side of the vehicle.

The worst ever! I frequently take a taxi home from SFO. I know what it is going to cost and I tip generously because it is a "short" which I know can be a bummer for cab drivers. The fare is typically around $23 plus tip. Yesterday I got this awful cab driver who took a ridiculous route that he said his GPS told him to take and by the time we landed at my house the fare was $35! When he got caught in the scam we agreed that I would pay the usual. I gave him my credit card and he said it did not work so I paid in cash. Today I found out he actually charged my card 2X. One charge was reversed and now I have to chase them to get the 2nd charge reversed. How does this unethical, awful company stay in business? Aren't there standards they have to meet? Just so disgusted with this experience, especially after seeing that others have had similar situations.

I had to be picked up from a BART Station and brought home. My driver was one of the nicest and most courteous drivers that I have ever used. Very safe and followed all of the rules of the road. As a retired police officer, I would trust anyone with him.

Used SF Super Cab after a long flight and was completely ripped off:

I decided to take a cab instead of waiting for an uber after a late flight. I approached the super cab driver and asked how much to get from SFO to Union City. I was told about 50$. This was close to the Uber estimate, so I decided to go for it. Driver then begins driving towards SF, away from Union City, and tells me he thought I meant Union Square, should he take me back to the airport. I asked how much more it would be, he said he didn't know. He then proceeds to take me through SF, through Oakland, and then down to Union city (the least convenient route possible). Upon arrival, he tells me the charge is $150!!

TLDR: I paid 3x what an uber would have cost, took twice as long, and had worse service. Now I remember why I don't take taxis anymore.

This guy...I was walking on Post and the "car coming" light flashed on a basement garage lot. If someone were walking in front this dude would have hit the pedestrian. So I pass him, and without provocation, he lurched forward a bit to intimidate me. How do I know? He smirked. Then he peels onto Post, cuts into a line of cars making a right onto Powell, peels again. He starts honking looking for potential fares in front of the Westin St Francis. Unreal.

I looked online for Super Cab and on social media sites to post a complaint. There's very little information. Super Cab...super sketchy

Dishonest aggressive driver. Avoid at all costs! Decided to try a cab from SFO instead of Uber. I asked what the fare was and was told that since I live 17 miles from the airport the fare would be 1 1/2 the meter. I asked if it would be for the whole meter or just the last 2 miles. He said only the last 2 miles. I clarified 3 times because I didn't want to take the cab if we would be charged 1 1/2 times the full meter. He confirmed and said the total fare would be about $60. When we got to the house he said the fare was $84 - 1 1/2 times the total meter of $56. He clearly lied and knew he was doing it. I am happy to pay for someone's hard work and tip 20% or more typically with more for good service. After lying to me, this guy started yelling at me. It was midnight and he scared me. I paid the $84 just because he seemed aggressive and I wanted to get my luggage and get away from him. Do NOT get in this cab. I've always felt bad that Uber and Lyft have taken business from cab companies, but this experience just cemented my loyalty to those providers.

So lame. After my husband loads all of our luggage BY HIMSELF WHILE THE CAB DRIVER STOOD THERE, we get into the cab and says I'm gonna charge you a $10 luggage fee. We are already paying a premium for the van AND FREAKING LOADED AND UNLOADED ALL THE F-ING LUGGAGE ON OUR F-ING OWN AND YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE A LUGGAE FEE??? Avoid yourself the grief and don't let this company take advantage of you. Look anywhere else but here. I have NEVER been swindled by any cab/uber/lyft like this mf. Screw this cabbie and this freaking bum ass company.

I'm a dog walker in the city and I was on the top of Taylor st where it peaks and I was crossing the street with two dogs. I saw cab 795 accelerating up the hill I waved to signal that he should slow down and he sped up instead trying to hit me and the dogs I walk. If this guy isn't fired or something he is gonna end up with a manslaughter charge at some point. I hope that I can tell somebody at this sketch company about him but for now just don't use the service at all.

The driver for cab 161 was very aggressive and about to start a fight with the bellman at the hotel I was just at in Fisherman's Wharf. I was listening to the conversation and the bellman had done nothing wrong. I will never ride in a Super Cab and this driver should find another line of work where he doesn't have to deal with the public. If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give ZERO, I would. This driver below first attempted to take me the longest way possible to the Embarcadaro from SFO. When I questioned him on his choices (because I've been there a zillion times) he argued with me. THEN, he hands me the square to sign and it says the charge was $252.50 instead of $52.50. I told him to fix it, which he did. Then, I get two square receipts for $52.50 and my office called to tell my the AMEX WAS charged $252.50. The guy was a total rip off artist. It was Monday, 1/23/17 at 3:56 pm. See photo below, but if you get one of these at the airport, take someone else.

THIS GUY IS A RIP OFF ARTIST!
