My dryer was not producing hot air so Ahmed came down and took a look at the dryer. He was able to evaluate the problem in a timely manner, went through every single possible scenario and let me know of the problem and how to fix it. I did not end up getting it fixed because it turns out it was a gas dryer and I cut the gas access to the studio a month prior . But I am happy that he did everything he possibly could to make sure that he had the correct diagnosis to the problem.

He was very nice, he called me to let me know of his ETA, and was very thorough in his work. I trusted him to come to my home and to fix the problem, and he respected every single square inch of my home. That is a really big deal for me and I really appreciated his respectfulness. I hope I never have another appliance error in the future but if I do, I will definitely call him again. Thank you!

I I would highly encourage not to use this company. He was over here for less than 5 minutes and stated that I need a new motor in my washer. I asked him more about it and he just said you need a new motor,after I got frustrated I just gave him the $70 fee and ask him leave. he ask me if I wanted him to look into the motor price and I said sure. He then a minute later asked if he could pull out the back of the washer. I asked him why he got quiet, I asked him again and he said because he wanted to see if it was the motor or the sensor I said you just told me it was the motor 30 seconds ago. So enough was enough I gave him the $70 and asked him to leave.

I called Safe Appliance to see if they could assist me with a vacuum that is in need of repair. While this isn't their specialty the owner of the company still provided me with step by step directions of what I needed to do to get my issue resolved. He really took the time to help me, and I'm so appreciative. Definitely the type of business that I would a 5 star review for. Thanks Safe Appliance! Respect

Ahmad was able to help me with my Whirlpool washer that had an error message. I spoke to him on a Friday evening and he came the next morning. He had it fixed within a couple of hours. He was very nice, had amazing pricing, told me the truth which was much appreciated, and also gave me some advice on using the washer. contacted him one day and he came to the house the day after. fast response and he found out the problem my dryer had almost immediately. he used the original manufacturer part which was a plus. he cleaned up my dryer too which was nice. would definitely recommend him

He helped me to fix my home dryer by replacing a major part with reasonable price, also he helped me to change other minor parts and cleaned the dryer thoroughly for free.
The gentleman has full appointments, I am appreciated that he came to fix my appliance quickly, despite the busy schedule.

Ahmad was great. Called him on Saturday when my dishwasher stopped working. He came on Sunday to diagnose it. Came back on Monday with the replacement part and got it working again. He explained and showed me what the problem was. Diagnostic fee was lower than others and was folded into the repair cost. I'm keeping his number handy for any future appliance trouble.
