Sal's Airport & Limousine Service

I booked Sal's for an evening to transport 37 of us from the Fairmont in San Jose to a restaurant in Los Gatos. It was a group of MBA students during an immersive education week in Silicon Valley.

Sal's was courteous; and reached out to me twice the day before to confirm the reservation. The luxury van (which sat about 40) was not only on-time, but was about ten minutes early to pick us up at the hotel. The driver called me, and was patient as we got everyone loaded into the van.

The van was clean, VERY comfortable, and the driver was good at what he did. He got us to our reservation on-time, and was there to pick us up and take us back to the hotel after. On time again!

I highly recommend Sal's.

I recently went with Sal's for a round trip from San Jose to SFO. Their prices were competitive with a taxi, their drivers were fantastic, the cars were immaculate and very comfortable. I can't recommend them enough.

I had a great experience with Sal's. I needed a last minute transportation from San Jose to SFO. I messaged them through yelp and was replied to right away by Jessica. She was able to accommodate my time schedule and gave me a reasonable price as well as the type of vehicle I requested (SUV). I had to make a last minute change to the reservation and they were accommodating and didn't give any pushback. The driver arrived 15 minutes early, well dressed and courteous as he also helped load my mother's luggage. Overall a very smooth experience and I would recommend to others. This was one of the best airport rides we have ever had!! Flying up to the Bay Area from the OC and the airlines diverts the flight to San Jose rather than SFO, as planned-
What to do? Mom and I are ready for Christmas filled San Francisco weekend and now a little glitch. I went to my yelp app and looked for services with five stars... Sal's had some pretty impressive reviews so we thought we should give them a try-

Sal's Limo is the best car service in the bay area. They were on time (330 am) and got us to the airport very quickly. I wasnt sure when we would be coming back. I booked a car the day before our flight( coming back to San Jose)and they were able to accommodate us. They were tracking our flight and knew that it was delayed. Not having to worry about getting home or being charged extra is such a relief. I just want to say that everyone who I have talked to has been professional and courteous.

Great service! My family and I were traveling into SFO and had our flight was canceled, luckily we were able to get a flight into San Jose. Sal's had great customer service and they were able to fit us into their evening schedule on a short notice. The driver was professional and met us at baggage claim. I am so glad that we booked our trip home with Sal's and didn't change it with a Lyft/Uber or taxi. After a long day of travel it was great to meet our driver and have a smooth drive home.

Taxi's have become way too unreliable now in San Jose, and they are not cheap. I'm not a fan of the ride sharing businesses, so I spent a couple hours on Yelp looking for a good car service to get to the airport these days. I landed on Sal's and I don't think I will use another car service again. They were that good.

I made the arrangements online, which was a breeze. They called me the night before the pickup to confirm my time and place. Excellent, excellent. It was an early morning pickup, so I was very worried about it. Sounds like a commercial, but with Sal's I didn't have to worry.

The car itself was a classy SUV. Relatively new and very clean. There were two bottles of water waiting for us, which was a great touch. The driver was wearing a coat and tie, which was awesome. Not just because he was dressed up, but because he exuded professionalism the whole time. Great driving, no hard starts or stops. No flying around corners. And especially no texting while driving. I can't remember a time I took a taxi ride where the driver was texting most of the way, which always made me worry. Not a problem with the driver for Sal's.

This is not a cheap alternative to a taxi. It is a reasonably priced, professional car service to get where you need to go, which in this case was the airport. Thankfully I will never again have to look out the window the morning of a flight wondering if my taxi will show up. I highly recommend Sal's.
