Beware of hotel parking! While they say $7.95 per day, when you get an actual total price for a longer period, they charge you whatever the daily rate is for each day, versus going to a regular parking lot and paying the same flat rate for every day. Sometimes those daily rates are $12.95 a day and other days are $7.95, $8.95 or whatever the rate is. Comes out almost double what the $7.95 rate comes out. False advertising, since the total amount comes out much more than the $7.95 per day posted!

Radisson airport parking saved my thanksgiving trip!

I had booked and prepaid at another lot through Fly 'n' Save, but when I called to confirm it the day before, they told me they were full and that I should go someplace else - that had terrible Yelp reviews.... So I gave the Radisson a call and they said they had space and that their shuttle goes every 30 minutes on the hour.

Done and done. Everything worked, made my flight, and on the way there I saw that EVERY lot at SJC showed as "full," even the daily ones that are $30 per day. The $8 per day deal at Radisson seemed extra awesome.

Don't understand the low reviews..maybe I just have good luck!

I have used the extended parking service here multiple times and have never had any complications. You can't beat $8 a day for covered parking and a shuttle ride.

I just call as soon as I get off the plane and they are there within 15 minutes to pick me up from the airport.

The only annoying thing is that they send a couple emails a week. But other then that, if you don't want to take a cab or ask any family/friends for a ride to the airport, this is the way to go!

Covered parking at their multi-level parking garage.
Remember to reserve online way.com and search under "Four Points by Sheraton San Jose Airport".
I've paid less than $10/day ELSE they will charge $15/day at the front desk.

I will park by hotel Lobby to register my vehicle and get a parking permit before parking any spot from level 2 onwards.

They have security patrol around the vicinity too.

Hands down the BEST deal in town and for covered parking too.

Note: 1st airport shuttle starts 04:45am and last shuttle 11:00pm.

I'Looking at other Yelper's reviews, I guess SJ Airport hotel parking is hit or miss. I've been parking here for almost a decade, even when it was the Radisson Hotel back in the day. I've had no major issues here, and I prefer this hotel because it has covered garage parking. There isn't another hotel in the area that offers covered garage parking.

      PROS:
      - They've always had the one of the lowest prices for long term parking at SJC. $6/day was the norm back in the day, Might be more now, just email or call the hotel to get the best rate.
      - You get to park in a multi-level covered garage
      - Only 5 mins drive from the airport

      CONS:
Yes, their shuttle can be slow sometimes, but I've never had to wait 45 minutes like some other reviewers say. And if you wait for more than 15 minutes, wouldn't it make sense to just pick up the phone and call the hotel? I admit, I had to call the hotel once before because I had been waiting 15 mins in the freezing cold. But for the other 15 times I've parked here I've had no problems.

It is nice to be able to come back to a clean car. So if you've got a nice car like me, and don't want to leave it parked outside for days, then give this place a try!

We used the Radisson Airport Parking for the first time over the long weekend. It was certainly a convenient and cost effective alternative to long term parking at the airport.
The daily rate is $7.50 (just show the discount coupon printed from it's website), for 3 and half days (Friday morning to Monday evening) we were charged for 3 days, what a deal.

The service was very friendly, we even had some free coffee from the lobby before getting on to the shuttle bus. On our return trip we waited a little longer then we'd like. I noticed that all other shuttles came before Redisson's.

Overall this is a good deal, we will use it again.

The bf and I were scheduled to do a quick whirlwind trip to Orange County this past weekend for a few days of family festivities. Instead of bugging a friend to drop us off at the airport (or pay $25 a cab ride each way), we decided to park our car at the airport. A quick search showed that Mineta San Jose Airport charges $15 per day to park onsite (making our grand total $45). However, during my internet search, a pop up for AirportParkingReservations.com came on my screen that showed parking for $7 a day! Now that's a deal! I quickly reserved our parking feeling quite happy with myself about the few bucks we saved.

Our parking was at the Radisson Hotel-about 1 mile from the airport. The Radisson provides a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport between 6am-11pm. Our receipt showed that we needed to check in with the parking attendant when we dropped off our car--when in actuality, we had to "check-in" at the front desk of the hotel, park our car, and walk around to the front to wait for the shuttle. Bummer, because there was only one clerk at the front desk who was checking in a huge party of 10+ people ahead of me. Upon our return to San Jose, the shuttle picked us up promptly at the Courtesy Van area but we had to swing around 5+ times to wait for the other hotel guests to arrive from their flights. Not fun after a long trip when all you want to do is go home and sleep.

All and all, if we had to do it again, I would pay the extra bucks to park onsite and come-go as we please. Although the complimentary shuttles were nice, the extra wait time was a hassle. This is one time when being cheap did not pay off for this bargain hunter. :o)

We reserved a spot several weeks before our Christmas/NY vacation. When we arrived at the designated time/date (5:30am on 12/23), we were informed that the lot was full and they were not accepting our reservation (despite a $13 prepaid deposit).

We were re-directed to the Clarion 'down the street'. But there is no Clarion hotel down the street. After driving around for a while, we came back to the Radisson and were informed that the Clarion changed it's name years ago and to look for the Silicon Valley Hotel. The front desk staff didn't have an explanation for why he'd directed us to a place that didn't exist.

Plus: the parking is inexpensive. We paid $8/day to park, and they were even nice enough to let it slide that we were there for a few hours over the three days, charging us only for full days. If you pay for parking online, I think the rate is even lower.

Minus: SLOOOOOOOOOW. We were the only people getting checked in to park, and yet it took good 5 minutes. Took us another 10 to wait for the shuttle to come back and for other travelers to get checked in. Same story when we got picked up: 15 minutes for car to come, another 5 to wait for another passenger.

Bottom line - only use this place if you have a lot of time to spare and you are hell bent on saving those few bucks a day.

Unfortunately the $7 per day price is gone, but with a coupon from http://www.longtermparking.com/COUPONS/cpradissonsjc.htm I paid only $8 per day. I made the mistake of not using the Radison to park at SJC a couple months ago and paid $176 for a week at SJC's parking lot. I realized I would have only paid $64 if I had used the Radisson's lot. This time I didn't make that mistake.

The staff is courteous and they helped with my luggage again. You have to plan for extra time though. Their shuttle runs on the hour and half hour so if you arrive 15 minutes or 45 minutes after the hour, you won't have to wait long.
