So I own a muffler shop in Hayward and don't live near by. My manager calls to give me the great news that the toilet is plugged. Great. I call several Plummer's but everyone you call you have to leave a message.
Wally answered the phone and said he'll be there in 30 minutes. What a nightmare he ran into with the pipes all plugged with paper. One evening, I experienced a major issue with all the drains in my house being clogged. Wally from Save Plumbing arrived within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem as a clogged main waste pipe. During a garbage disposal installation, the piping that connected from my p trap to the disposal was stripped due to age. Wally responded right away, gave a fair and honest quote, arrived the next day within the appointment window, and quickly repaired the issue after explaining everything carefully. I needed to have a sewer line blockage snaked because one of my bathrooms was having issues draining. Wally came, ran a snake machine 90 ft & cleared the blockage.

Some weeks later I had the same issue, but this time both bathrooms were affected. Wally came out again and cleared the blockage again, no more issues. Turned out the problem was my tenants were flushing way too much toilet paper down the toilet, along with other items that should not be flushed. Wally took the time to educate the tenants. He also decided not to charge me anything, which I appreciated.

Probably my most efficient plumbing fix experience. Arrived in 30 minutes after an emergency call for a leaking pipe, Wally was efficient and informative on the fix. Also reasonably priced considering the short notice. Highly recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you Wally!
