Kevin helped us at every step of the process, from figuring out what we wanted to do with our front yard through selection of plants and materials. He arranged for replacement of our driveway and guided us to a look that feels both updated and in line with the character of the house/neighborhood. We came to Segale and Cerini after spending too much money and time with a different landscape designer. They took the design, fit it to our budget and reworked it to what would work better in our space. The end result is better than we could have ever hoped for. We get so happy every time we look outside our windows and love spending time in our new space. Having a functional backyard feels like our square footage of our home has doubled. I especially appreciate how communicative Kevin and the team was during the whole process. They kept us in the loop, were so quick to respond and handled our last minute requests with ease. Plus, they don't just say yes to appease you if it won't be the right decision for your space, but they understand what you are hoping for and come up with solutions to achieve it. Also, they are so polite and clean when they work! We will be clients and fans for life!

With that being said, everyone met all of our expectations including working hard for something they care about with passion and about the work that was to be done. Everything was positioned and measured properly, material used was of quality, on time to start and finish the job even with weather delays . I realize that this company is more expensive and you need to have a budget in mind for the work you need done and they will try to work with you on that. Again I would us this company in the future and refer them anytime to others.

If you're looking for a local landscaper on the Peninsula, Segale and Cerini are a family-owned company who do quality work. Kevin has been really helpful to us - not only through our front yard landscaping project, but even afterwards when we have had questions about how to care for our plants as well as bringing in some other items to our yard later on. He is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to answer questions and make great suggestions. These guys took our yard from blah to beautiful and we have the cutest house on the block now, thanks to their hard work! They're friendly and hard workers who do their best to make their customers feel heard. This is the second time we hired Segale & Cerini for our major landscape projects. Previously, they installed a critical retaining wall that bordered the street. The high quality end product and the ease at which we communicated with them made it simple to engage them again. Charlie and Kevin supervised a skilled crew that installed 1) a solid and esthetic pressure-treated wood retaining wall for a hillside bordering a stairway and 2) a composite deck for a Cottage on the property. They are knowledgeable and make great suggestions. They have always been considerate of the budget. They work organized and neat. The attention to design, structure and the detail evident in the completed work have exceeded our expectations.
