This garage is pretty great, but to be fair, I haven't been to that many airport parking garages. The garage is well connected to the terminals without having to do too much walking, there're a ton of floors and empty spaces, and rates are reasonable and not absurd. Pretty good.

Was at International Parking Garage A..needed to go to IPG G..attendant did not speak english...went to another attendant who also spoke very little english...all he said was "5 rights".... I asked " 5 right hand turns"...he said "5 rights"...... I'm no algebra major..but from where we started Garage A with 5 rights brought us right back to Garage A. Lord help us.

We parked in International Garage G which made getting to our check in counter for United International Flights so easy. We paid in advance so we had a QR code to use to get into the garage, used the same QR code to get out when we returned from our trip. Yes, it was $$ but SOOOOOOO worth grabbing our bags and getting to our car within 7 minutes. We were tired and just wanted to get home.

It's a garage, people.
It's connected to the airport that can easily be accessed by people-movers and the AirTrain located on Garage A. On Garage G, the hallway that leads to the airport is located on the 3rd floor. There are three long people-movers that goes each direction (6 total) and just like BART escalators, stay on the right if you don't want to walk and the left is the walking/passing lane.
Both garages are adjacent to the International Terminal and I believe they are 9 or 10 levels each. You can enter on the 1st level or the 5th level and it's pretty convenient. The rates are $2 for every 15 minutes ($8 an hour) and do not lose your ticket or it will cost $36. Yes, it's not cheap, but you're parking for convenience. It was cheaper to park years ago, but just like everything else with inflation, every rate goes up.
If you plan on staying longer or taking long-term parking, there are other parking garages that are further away from the airport, which you can also access via AirTrain or shuttles. But, that requires a longer wait time and you can forget about walking. If you're not in a rush, then that option is for you.
However, for a picking-up or dropping-off friends and loved ones that requires you to be inside the terminal, you can't beat the convenience and easy access to these garages. The layouts are similar with elevators located in the middle of the structure and stairwells alongside them. I always use the stairwell since it's faster. It also has FasTrak so you have the option for added convenience.
As for "rude" booth workers from other reviews, I've never encountered one...and it's usually the customer who is being rude to the worker and not the other way around.
What? You expect excellent customer service from a garage booth personnel? Get a grip, you cheap @$$. You were probably just complaining about the free parking, and they can't control the flow of people deciding to exit at the same time.Helpful 45Thanks 3Love this 46Oh no 0 - Sep 5, 2022Updated review
Came by the other night and it was a decent experience. SFO international garage A is conveniently located at SFO, connected to both the terminals and AirTrain.
Upon arrival, there is a sign showcasing the number of spaces available on each level. The ramps going up felt tricky when in reality the ramps coming down were even trickier as it felt there were huge blind spots. Cones in the middle of the ramp helped with the guidance.
Parking spaces were big enough.
Exit for the A garage is guided to the G garage using the overpass on Level 3. The FasTrak lane was closed for entry and exit purposes. There were 2 cashiers at the exit which featured a super chipper machine operator attendant that operated payment kiosk on the side of the cashier booth.
$2 for every 15 minutes.Helpful 12Thanks 2Love this 9Oh no 0Aug 20, 2015Previous review$2 per $20 minutes and they accept FasTrak. Simply have your FasTrak on your windshield to gain entry and a receipt will pop out upon approaching the exit gate with the total.
Plenty of spaces in the garage and there is a good mix of small and large spaces.
Plenty of elevators make getting in and out a breeze! - Denise K.Monterey, CA03Dec 31, 2023
It is quite upsetting to get home from a trip to find your car window smashed. I paid $288 to keep my car at the airport. I would have thought with that high price per day that some level of security would be provided. Of course, we left nothing in our car to attract a thief. They broke our window on the assumption that things were inside. Now we are having to pay at least another $300 to fix our window. I'm extremely upset, disappointed and will never use this service again.

I did not have a good experience at this location. I came to SFO to pick up my son who was in Europe with his cousin. His flight got delayed so I drove to this location and barely fit my car in their smaller than average-sized parking space. While I was waiting in the car, the owners of the car next to me couldn't get in their car until I had to back up. I went to another space and had the same experience with another car. When my son finally arrived, we had to wait in the line of cars that were also leaving. One of the gate attendants was directing cars to the gates. When it was time to pay, I was appalled at how expensive it was to park there in just over an hour! The lady at the gate was nice, though.

Not really one to review a garage, but a hit and run and no follow up from unresponsive staff will make a man do crazy things. All I wanted was someone to check to see if anyone hit my car while parked in their lot. Not sure why this is an impossible task. What if my head fell off and was missing? Would someone help me find my lost mind? Who knows? No one here. Find somewhere else to park if you value your car. Also $72 for 38 hours.

The drop off area in front of the airport is same as most of the major airport. It is a messes! The check in counter in the international terminal is okay but outdated!
I'm in the Gate A 1-12 side. The security check points is with TSA pre-check was very fast. I went though the check point in 3 minutes.
It have a few foods choices inside the security area and duty free shop looks very busy. I did not buy anything. But the shop looks nice and organizes.
The waiting area has some work bench with USB charge ports you can charge your phone. But not USB on the chairs in front of the gate!
The airport is busy, but well maintained and clean. No a bad airport but have room for improvement!
Parking garage is always very busy and expensive! It take fastrak (the California toll road responder) for payment at the exit.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Praj A.Milpitas, CA13101Jul 19, 2019
18 July noon
Time in the parking lot = 25 minutes
Time in the exit queue = 15+ minutes Due to slow operators, only 1 lane open, queue backed up all the way to 2nd floor.
Fees should have been charged = $0 for 30 minute "FREE" parking
Fees charged $6!
Not to mention Rude operators according to whom we were idiots to wait in long exit line, while there were other exits to the lot!
Such a robbery
customers have to pay for the mistakes for lot operators.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
