We made reservations through SpotHero for our stay at Hyatt Place downtown SF, CA arriving on Friday June 9 at 1:30om for 24 hours. However , once we arrived at the garage on Friday we told the attendant we would be leaving at 10 AM instead of 1:30PM on Saturday June 10. He said that would not be a problem. We left the car with him believing we could pick it up on Saturday We went to the garage at 10 but it was not open as he promised. We could not reach anyone to figure out why it was still closed when we needed our car We Finally reached SpotHero who said they would contact the owner. The garage finally opened around 12pm. We believe it was the owner who opened the garage and gave us our car. We explained how frustrated we were that the garage was not open when the attendant said it would be. He said they only open on the weekend IF
there is a game!!! Thankfully there was a game that day or our car would have been locked in the garage until Monday!

The location of this garage is convenient to the Hyatt Place hotel but DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU NEED FLEXIBILITY!! The Hotel recommends parking behind the Taco Bell or in the Beacon lot.

BTW SpotHero charged an extra $20 for our Ford Explorer, calling in "oversized". It is not oversized!!! What a racket!

Parking nightmare!!! Park somewhere else and pay a little more for your sake. This place is a nightmare. Rude owner and staff and they will try to cheat you for more money!!!! Don't fall for it!!!

Infuriating. Parked my car for $15 all day at 8AM on a Monday - a good deal! - and told them I would pick up at "7-ish" and walked out. that evening, I walk across SOMA and arrive at the garage at 7.15 to find the shutter closed. maybe they're open around back? nope. maybe they parked it in their 24 hour lot? nope. my car is in their locked garage.

to state the obvious: there are no obvious signs saying when they close. not on the garage and not even on the ticket. (I raised this to the attendenant the next morning and he said there are signs "everywhere" when I asked him to show me, the sole sign was the small operating hours text on the sign that's above where you park - you can't even read it unless you're looking ... just write on the tickets "we close at 7PM unless there is a baseball game in which case we close 1 hour after the game ends"!!!)

it's 7.30PM and I now have to wait 8 minutes for an Uber and pay $25 to get home. and of course, the next morning at 8AM i must now Uber BACK to get my car. another $25. And wonderfully I didn't even want to go to SOMA that day so I have wasted over an hour driving to and from the garage. the best part of them not telling me they close at 7PM? they charged me a $20 overnight fee. total cost $100.

Take note of the milage before leaving you car with them. Don't be surprised if you see 20 additional miles on your odometer when they "park" your car.

Waked into Sky Parking last week, asking for a quote to park an RV for 2 nights. We agreed on the price and dates - no major events on those days.
When we arrived with the RV they refused to take us, leaving us wondering for hours in San Francisco to find another spot.

Cancelled at last minute on morning of MLB playoff game no doubt to gouge others for more $$s. Very bad business practice!

Be very careful if you decide to use this company for parking your car. They dented our new car and wouldn't do anything about it. If you use them, take photos of your car before you leave it there and scan it carefully before you leave. That can be difficult in their dark garage. The shuttle driver was wonderful and that part of the service worked well.

Awful!!!! The guy, the owner, is rude as hell!!! When I asked for clarification, he said he was busy and hung up on me. Kept asking what do I want from him, & that's hes very busy.. I would never do business with them again!!!

WARNING! I HAD MY WINDOW BROKEN AND BACKPACK STOLEN FROM THIS LOT. They had me park outside on Fleet Week Sunday at 11am. They said the indoor parking closed at 2pm. When I returned to my car at 5pm I discovered the theft. BEWARE!

I've parked at every garage in the area and these guys are by far the best. They have the best price and service around. I refuse to park anywhere else and you should too!
