Excellent cleaning done on my carpets today. Very professional, quick, thorough and friendly. Dylan and his new apprentice did a great job. Also, excellent price! Another carpet cleaning company quoted me TWICE the amount I paid.

A little back and forth on a Persian rug which has been in the family for many decades, came and picked up. Gave me a report on the current condition, and we agreed on a price and they got it cleaned, returned, and relayed and it really helped put my new apartment together. Have been quite helpful along the way. And have always communicated clearly. Very happy with their work. I'm sure I'll have them back in a few years to have the carpet cleaned again.

Really good about returning phone calls, following up on issues, making sure that I was happy with the quality of service. Owner is knowledgable and available to field calls. I would definitely use them again.

Do not use the North Vancouver office.
Although the job was satisfactory I have had nothing but hassles with their accounting system. Firstly they overcharged saying that I had to pay the quoted price, even though when they arrived I asked them to do one less room as we has moved as much furniture and boxes into the room to ensure that the other rooms got a good clean. When I asked for a refund, I had another charge put onto my credit card, instead of a credit. I now needed two refunds. I fought for the two refunds for a week. No- one in the office seemed to understand the maths behind the original refund, and the refund of the unauthorized amount. Now they seem to think that I received three refunds, or so their accounting system seems to think so. I only have two refunds on my statement, but they are still trying to claim a third repayment.
Poor accounting system coupled with poor math skills..
Look somewhere else for a carpet cleaner!

After baby sitting my friend's bunny for a month, accidents happened multiple times on the carpet of my rental apartment. First thing I thought I wanted to do was using the most natural product - vinegar to get rid of the stains. Horror! The fear spread inside of me as I watch the stains spread along with the cleaning vinegar solution. Not to mention the pungent smell lingering in the already tiny apartment leaving me nowhere to hide!

I started googling for carpet cleaning services. The first 2 I called didn't work with my schedule nor the estimation of the cost (the area I needed to clean was only about 200 square feet). David answered the phone on my third attempt and instantly I felt this guy must be really happy about his life and work (you know how you can hear people smile over the phone?). Oh! It turns out he is the owner of the company. He asked me professional questions such as the number of furnitures and size of stains that previous calls never bothered to ask. We booked a time right away as I was happy with the estimate cost.

On the day of the cleaning, David was 8 minutes early. He explained the procedure and asked if I have any allergies before he begins with the enzyme treatment. It didn't even take the entire hour my living space was back alive! He was super friendly and I really enjoyed talking to him about his passion in live including his dog who was rescued. He then said he will follow up with me the next day to see if everything is good after drying. This is like the next level of customer service! I can't wait to spread the words to all my friends who need carpet cleaning services!
