Eliel has helped on a few different installations in recent months - the range hood, dishwasher, a microwave and oven combination, and a warming drawer directly underneath the microwave.

Eliel and the small team he came with were extremely professional, patient when the installation was not straight forward, and he went out of his way to come up with creative solutions that would allow us to fulfill the vision we wanted.

After the dishwasher installation, we quickly realized that the dishwasher unit was broken, and Eliel gladly came back to help with the replacement and adding a dishwasher mat underneath. After that installation, we specifically requested Eliel to help with all of the following installations we needed.

With the range hood, we were replacing a microwave range hood so replacing that unit with a sleeker, more modern unit left an ugly, untiled backsplash. Eliel specifically measured and cut out a thin piece of wood that we could temporarily keep in place until we replace our backsplash.

The warming drawer installation was the most challenging of all, and Eliel once again was extremely patient with cutting out the wood cabinet unit holding the oven and warming drawer unit to make sure the combination of the oven and warming drawer fit perfectly and ensuring that the heat deflector and oven vent trim was nicely in place.

Eliel and Nestor were great. Even though they had several stops prior to my appointment, they made it out early within the best buy specified time window. They assessed the job and got to work quickly, Eliel removed the old appliance and Nestor unpacked the new one. No wasted time at all. In all, 3 appliances were delivered. Install itself was efficient. They wore shoe covers inside the house. Even though my house is nothing special they were careful around my junk. I had 2 dishwashers delivered, and we had a good laugh about it. Great guys, highly recommend!
