Sonoma Marin got out to fix our urgent issue within a day. They were responsive, the tech they sent was super friendly and helpful, and they listened to what we needed, given the situation. I absolutely would recommend them and they'll be the first I call if we ever have any future jobs needing to be done!

After watching homes go up in flames during the recent earthquake near Napa, Jake told several of his clients about the automatic gas valve shutoff product that could have saved those houses. During a violent shaking the value turns off the flow of gas automatically. Its quite simple to reset and just could save our house. He just completed installing it faster and at less cost than expected.

Its this kind of proactive information that Jake puts out while busily running his business that makes him a great plumbing contractor. We've used him to put in faucets, toilets, hot water heater and he's been fantastic each time.

I had an emergency toilet breakdown on Sunday. Jake's team was on the job bright and early Monday morning. Friendly, knowledgeable. He asked lots of questions so that he would show up with exactly what would get the job done efficiently. I live up 106 stairs. No problem for them. I've been looking for an awesome plumber for about 2 years and am happy to say my search has ended. From my first plea for help on his voice mail regarding our chronic sewer problems he promptly responded and set an appointment. Jake knows his stuff and even when faced with our particular difficulties he never failed to come up with alternative recommendations that were fair and reasonable.
