Shareef, Tanya and their team are fantastic. They've now wrapped 3 cars for me, some with clear PPF, and now with a color PPF on my new Defender. They are very responsive to inquiries and will do whatever it takes to ensure the customer is happy with the work. I'll certainly be bringing more of my cars to them in the future. Absolutely beautiful job with the Dynoprism PPF wrap. So many people have remarked how they love the look of our car, especially families from school, church, and soccer.

We often get double takes from folks in the parking lot admiring the unique wrap which SS Customs installed so perfectly. Shareef and Tanya also provided great advice in our design process as we were evaluating different wraps.

They also host fun events where they showcase their work alongside some music, affordable tacos, and raffles.

Shareef and Tanya and the staff here take huge pride in their work - this is a great business to have in the community.

I first became inspired to transform my 2018 Tesla Model 3 into "Herbie the Love Bug" approximately four years ago after I found an artist's rendition on Instagram, and then again about two years ago after I found a YouTube video of such work actually having been done.

Anyway, to make this dream become reality, I reached out to SS Customs earlier this month, and worked with AJ to arrange for the work to be done. It consisted of the front-to-rear and off-center thinner red and wider blue racing stripes, along with a black circled "53" (aka gumball) on the hood, on the two front doors, and on the lid of the trunk. In keeping with Herbie tradition, the gumball on the hood is slightly off-center (to the left), and the one on the lid of the trunk is on the right side and canted slightly counter-clockwise.

The work itself took a full day, which was expected, and the end result, as can be seen in the attached photos, is absolutely stunning. All of the work was done in a completely professional manner, and the attention to detail is mind-blowing. In particular, as someone who deals with typefaces and fonts as a profession, I was pleasantly pleased with how the glyphs for "53" turned out. This is genuinely a dream come true for me.

My sister told me to drive my truck down to Redwood City on my birthday. She said she had a surprise for me! She ultimately guided me to SS Custom where I spent more than 90 minutes (on a Saturday) speaking with Shareef and Rob about the modifications the shop could perform on my 2018 Chevy Silverado LTZ.

The professionalism and kindness exhibited by these two gentlemen was out of this world. They were *present* and sincere and ultimately provided me with an estimate that was detailed and fair. They provided us with a tour of the shop and allowed us to vet their past and current projects. Treating potential customers with this type of kindness and respect is so rare these days that I felt compelled to write this review. I recommend this establishment without reservation.

SS Customs under the amazing leadership of Shareef Khan and his very professional team provide exceptional high quality service and are the best in their craft. From initial inquiry/proposal, to the thorough review of the various PPF, Ceramic and tint options, to the expert high quality install and quality control, SS customs was incredible from start to finish.

My PPF/Ceramic coating install involved a unique and complex install involving a limited edition BMW M3 CS in Frozen White (matte), with carbon bucket seats. Given the frozen matte paint, I opted for the full car PPF along with Ceramic coating and PPFed the backs of the of carbon bucket seats. Gratefully, under the care of Shareef and his great team, the car looks amazing and most importantly the install was super clean, near perfect and hard to even notice (the PPF seams are very hard to locate unless by the super trained eye). His team really are artists and experts at their craft. It's also super reassuring that they stand by their work and provide a warranty. I would absolutely send my cars there again and would 100% recommend SS Customs. Thank you so much Shareef and team!

I have never felt more valued as a customer than I do at SS Customs because of Shareef, the Owner, and the workers here.

I first brought my Tesla Model Y here in 2020, the day after I received it.
Since then, I have come back here a few times to do a complete color change and fix small things here and there but every single time, I feel like a valued customer, a friend or family member of the shop.

Every individual here treats customers like a long time friend --
Tanya is phenomenal, no doubt. She is one of the front desk peoples that runs the phone, books appointments, and does a walkthrough of your vehicle to ensure all the nooks & crannies are documented before you leave your car with them.
However, she takes her time to know her customers. Asks them how they are doing, remembers the details from the last time I was in the shop (up to a whole year ago), it's always a pleasure to be greeted by her first.

Shareef welcomed me to SS Customs with open arms. I've never had a car wrapped or taken apart for customization before and he ensured + alleviated all of my worries. He also took the time to ask about my life, if I still lived in Hayward, remembers my issues with work, relationships, etc. He truly takes the time to know his customers and builds life long relationships.

Shareef also taught me the "mechanics" behind car wraps. Vinyl vs PPF, putting a PPF on top of Vinyl, what happens when you stretch a PPF too much, etc. He also made recommendations for and against some things I had suggested and I appreciate that honesty. It's definitely a business but he promotes making informed and logical decisions.

Went from a Stealth PPF to a colorful Vinyl wrap with no regrets --
My car's base color is white, beautiful but common car color. So I went with the Stealth PPF which made it a matte white.
Very sleek and provided great protection. However, my car had slight issues and I brought it back to change to a different color.
Since then, smooth sailing. Their team is quick to help and book appointments, provide up-keeping advice, and recommendations for other services my car may need.

Overall, really appreciate this place and their team.

As always SS Customs has done a flawless job on a car that is very difficult to wrap. Alfonso is the man! Always willing to put in the work to make the job perfect. He has been doing this for a while and his work speaks for itself. Shareef (owner) is just a great guy. Stands by his work fully, and just a good dude. Only problem you will find is these guys are so good, they are always booked but well worth the wait. Thank you Alfonso and Shareef!

I was intimated by the wrap process but ss customs instantly made me feel comfortable and helped me find an option for my car that I absolutely love. They truly care about their craft and ensure that everything is done to perfection. Tanya personally took care of me at each step in the process and ensured that I was happy with the finished product.

Ive even now decided to have them work on my wife's car. Highly recommend
