Apoogies for the delayed review.
Old school customer service at it's finest. Ron and the rest of the staff I encountered (sorry, I cannot recall their names), were top notch, know their stuff and eager to share., making sure I knew how to install the parts I purchased. Thanks for being there.

Side note: I say poo poo on the bad reviews. I don't think the reviewers were in the same establishment that I was.

Nice location and they seem to have parts that most places don't carry . Customer service is decent , and the people behind the counter are very helpful . Every time I go into the store the service is really good , sometimes the phone service is just so so .

Horrible customer service. Waste of time dealing with this company.!they gave me the run around for 11 days. And the final straw for me was Sam ;the general manager. His attitude was very arrogant, nasty and appalling, after I brought this to his attention- he continued to chastise me. As a multi business owner I'd hate this to be the representation of my business. And if the owner Mario is aware- then that speaks volumes on how he runs his "family owned" business. Made multiple follow ups after they asked me all these questions just to respond with a hasty attitude after I asked why do I keep getting told different things. I'd never spend a dime here.

These guys are super knowledgeable and kind. I pulled up as they were closing their security doors and they opened up for me to buy a small part. Any other place would have told me come back tomorrow. Absolute standup guys. Come here please stop ordering from Amazon.

THE BEST provider for any home needs! My home A/C broke during the peak of summer! Standard Supply was the only store that had the part I needed, and were able to verify exactly what part I needed and how to install it! Saved me so money and nightmare in 100 degree heat! THANK YOU STANDARD SUPPLY!

It's so nice to have a parts store in town. I always ask these folks first before looking online and their prices are usually much cheaper than buying online. They haven't had every part I've looked for, but then again I'm cheap and want to repair old appliances so often it's the manufacturer discontinuing the part, not these folks.

Recently I shot them an email with my parts list and they called me same day, and was able to pick up within 48 hours.

I needed a freezer light and water filter for our refrigerator. Standard took the time to make sure I was getting the correct part and ordered it for me. Very knowledgeable staff who are focused on doing the right thing.

One of the worst experiences I've had. They quoted a price on the phone, and I go to the store and they're trying to charge 1.5 times that price. Very misleading. Very disappointing and a waste of time. I guess you got a wonder why there's no prices on any other items, so they can rip their customers off. And Stan has got to be the least professional employee I've ever seen. Very bitter guy that needs to find a different place.

In the last two months, we've had to replace parts in our washing machine, our furnace for the HVAC, and just yesterday the oven. Each time my honey has been able to find the parts he needed at Standard Appliance, and he thinks very highly of the guys at the counter there. They know their parts, and they know their inventory. Sure you could try buying parts online, and if you get lucky you will save ten cents, but when your appliance isn't working--when it's so cold in your house your dogs are giving you dirty look as they huddle under blankets, or you have a big basket of wet laundry that s too soaked to put in the dryer, or an unfinished batch of cookies and the oven wont get over 200 degrees, nothing beats a local business with a diverse inventory and competent knowledgeable staff.

Old school service! Ordered a part for my dishwasher at 8 am and picked it up by 1 pm. Thank you very much and you've got a customer for life!
